In the 1980s Benihana of Toyko proved when you add the drama of flames to food cooked right in front of the customers the place will be packed. Korean barbecue uses the same idea. A photogenic workhorse grill sits in the center of the table as diners watch the server battle the flames to perfectly sear the meats you ordered. Whoosh! Sizzle! Steam! The action makes you forget you are really hungry. The culinary show here is mesmerizing. But the food is even better. How did the server get it just right? The meat were tender, juicy, flavorful. How did she sear in the juices without turning the food to ash? I need lessons. 8 ounce is an upscale version of the stereotypical Korean barbecue. The prices are spendy but way worth it. The quality of all the meats and their accompaniments were Las Vegas Strip worthy. Be sure to include the beef short rib in your short list. These were the most tender, succulent, overflowing with beefy flavor ribs I have ever tasted. And I grew up in Chicago in the shadow of the legendary stockyards. I've been a carnivore since I was weaned. The beef brisket didn't taste like the brisket I'm used to in Texas. These strips were decided upscale and so tender you didn't need a knife. And they didn't have to be drowned in barbecue sauce either! Brisket! A dozen side dishes line the rim of the grill. My favorites were the fluffy scrambled eggs, the creamy potato salad and the sweet creamed corn. Traditional sides like kimchi were authentically bitter. Ordering the combo meals are the best deal but they serve a family. Go with friends! I love the decor. Understated industrial chic. The restaurant is located in the heart of Las Vegas's Chinatown, so it is a surprise when you step inside. What's interesting is there is an area outside the restrooms that has two kewl vessel sinks. Just like in India, they are there for you to ritually wash your hands before you eat. There is a sink in the restroom too. Plenty of parking since the restaurant is in a strip center. The front door has easy access for anyone handicapped. I loved the action! I adored the food. Eating here is an exciting...

She loved it and the family too.
The moment you walk in 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️, you are immediately hit with amazing steak and other flavor smell! 😋
The vibe here was good because you hear music 🎶 and the sizzle of the meats 🍖 being cooked 🍳. Kitchen in the back for special orders or sides needed to be made during your time enjoying the dishes.
Drinks 🍸 🍹 were amazing too! Love the unique set up for when arrive to your table. The whole preparation was awesome and neat. Service waiter was very polite and helped us out with it being our first Korean Steak 🥩 house!
They make sure you are having a great experiences with the cooking and food. We were all curious what some dishes were and how to eat them. Which was an awesome experience. After eating 5 different meats which we got the C Section.
Pork and meats was what it came with.
The noodles 🍜 😋 were delicious with a different texture.
You have different seasonings and sauces to try with your dishes to enjoy different flavors.
After, squeezing food inside as much as possible. On to the bathroom 🚻. Bathroom could be better and cleaned a bit every so often to maintain its cleanliness. The sink is outside the bathroom 🚻 entries which was strange 🤔 but okay.
After, telling another waiter we were done since our waiter that we had serve off left for the day, the bill came and noticed that for a group of 4 costs us roughly $199 (roughly $50 per person for an all you can eat) NOT including tips yet.
It's a decent price for an all you can eat. But, then again you are next to Las Vegas so prices...

Showed up for dinner around 8pm and was surprised to see a wait to get seated, but I now understand why. The older gentleman (either the owner or a manager) who put us down on the waitlist was so kind and caring. By the way he treated all the waiting customers you could tell that he cared about them.
The restaurant itself is EXACTLY the type of atmosphere that I am always trying to eat my Korean bbq at. The outside gave me a sort of club vibe which might turn some people off, but once you get inside I promise you'll enjoy it! It's the perfect place to eat with a group of friends, but still fine for families too. Nice music selection (coming from a guy in his low 20's) that's not so loud that you're trying to talk over, but loud of enough to still enjoy it. And of course the interior is CLEAN. Not like some other bbq restaurants that feel grimy inside.
We got the large beef combo that feeds 4 for $120. Might be considered on the pricy end, but you get what you pay for! Comes with your choice of up to 4 different meats as well as other side dishes. The meat was so freaking juicy and tender. Best I've had in a while. Seasoning and marinade were on point. Also, the servers here grill for you and they cook everything to perfection exactly how you want to done. Honestly, during my trip here at Vegas I have to say that this was my favorite meal even after having gone to other fancy restaurants and buffets. Absolutely coming back here if I'm...
