If I had been set up with what I was actually after I may have given 5 stars. The girl that helped me was nice enough but was not listening to what I was saying. She wanted to sell me the expensive phones which I told her I could not do. I paid off the phone I had and was adding 2 more lines. She talked me into 3 more lines. Total of 4 lines. There are only 3 of us in the household.. I told her I needed just the cheapest phones I could get as I had limited funds. When she was done choosing things I didn't want she wanted $750 what??? I didn't have that much money on me. What part of cheap didn't she understand?? I was on line and know they have what I was looking for not according to her. I ended up going to Walmart and purchasing an AT&T phone for $80. That's what I was talking about. The at&t store lost my sale because the sales clerk didn't listen...
Read moreOne question I'd start by asking is. WHY DO YOUR STAFF TAKE LUNCH BREAKS 30min before you close. Second. Why would you guys list that your open until 5 pm. But close for a "lunch break" your not open until 5 pm. If you're closed at 415!!
