This is my 1st review ever! But, it’s a must!!

This place is amazing! Not only did they give me unbelievable/unbeatable deals but, they also showed a genuine kindness! While shopping in the store my 11 year old son got a nose bleed. The OWNER herself came to help me clean it! Took care of my bleeding son. Laid him on a bed with pillows & gave him ice! Massaged his head & nose!! Stayed with us til it stopped & he was ok!!! As much as I wouldn’t like to admit this.....in the same situation I don’t think I would do the same. She was so genuinely concerned & not once did she bat an eye or care about the blood or the inventory. Only about the well being of a child! Really good hearted people!...

Went here when I first moved to Vegas and needed a house full of furniture delivered by the next day - they were able to accommodate us! Furniture is beautiful and they were so great with us - my mother is very short and couldn't get on the bed because it was too high. Hotai swapped out the box spring to their smallest set so that my mother could then reach it. Also, there was one kitchen stool they weren't able to get me by the next day so they drove back out the following day with it. The owner was fantastic and knew we were on a budget and worked with us to ensure we could afford exactly the set we wanted. Highly...

Associate on the main floor followed us around the store from the second we walked in. Just walking behind us the entire time. Then the icing on the cake the male owner was way less than helpful, basically kept repeating “we don’t have what you are looking” until we got “the message” & left. Anyone with any melanin in your skin...
