I received a fake response from Roberto’s at 8490 Desert Inn Road stating that Roberto’s put 3 strips of fish in their fish burrito…I noticed that Roberto’s deleted the response because Roberto’s does not put 3 strips of fish in their $10.82 fish burrito…
Roberto’s I want you to understand just because you deleted the response with your fake apology to me n most importantly explaining that you put 3 strips of fish in your burrito n (not one strip cut into 3 pieces) n you included a picture of the blue bag of fish that you use it’s ok….with Technology yes you deleted your response but rather by screenshot or what have you your response was captured because I didn’t trust you.
So please don’t think you’re smarter than me. Post a fake response then delete it. I definitely protected myself.
The first fish burrito that I receive or anyone I know receives with one strip of fish from Roberto’s especially during your night shift I will file a complaint n bring attention to the franchise since they are lying n cheating n charging customers $10.82 for a one strip fish burrito.
Like I stated if you can’t put the correct amount of fish in your $10.82 fish burrito then remove it from the menu across the board.
Roberto’s doesn’t know who is walking into any of their franchises or the customer’s occupation. Be careful how you treat all customers.
If I could give the Roberto’s at 8490 W Desert Inn Road less than zero I would. You’re charging customers $10.82 for a fish burrito with one strip of fish and so much pico de gallo that the fish gets lost. Stop lying and deceiving customers. If the Roberto’s Franchises can’t afford to put adequate enough fish in the burrito that they charge customers $10.82 including tax and have the nerve to ask for a tip before you checkout then take the fish burrito off the menu across the board.
No apologies… empathy… from the Roberto’s at 8490 W Dessert Inn Road…for what I experienced and got so sick.
I had never visited this Roberto’s. I actually went to the area to try the Thai food but the restaurant was closed on 2/10/2025. I glanced over and saw Roberto’s. I decided to give them a try because the Roberto’s in my area I’ve never had an issue. The gentleman who took my order and the woman who helped in getting my Burrito cut were awesome. After the cook cut the Burrito I noticed it was leaking and from the woman who asked the cook to cut the Burrito facial expression I know she saw that the Burrito was leaking also. I’ve never experienced anything like this from other Roberto’s and chalked it up to the cook didn’t wrap the Burrito properly and the Pico de Gallo. When I arrived home and started eating the Burrito it taste rancid. I immediately opened one half of the Burrito and noticed one strip of fish and so much Pico de Gallo that I could’ve shared it with others. There was something white on the fish and dried out. Usually on my Burrito I have tartar sauce but I didn’t taste tar tar sauce and the fish had a terrible taste. I got so sick and started vomiting. I believe it was food poisoning. I have included pictures showing the one piece of fish…picture and video showing that I threw the Burrito that I paid $10.82 plus $1.64 tip for a total of $12.46 and a Burrito that was so disgusting I’m finally feeling better. I didn’t mind paying and tipping for the Burrito but at the same time I want to receive what I paid for and not have to waste my money and throw the Burrito in the trash. The cook was this tall gentleman dressed in black. If you see him ask for another cook to take care of your order. What a waste of money...
Read moreTrying to get in touch with the manager or owner, a very good customer for years but today's order was wrong, when calling the restaurant, the employee was yelling at me, that's bad customer service and very disrespectful, he wouldn't even give me the managers name , got it from Uber eats, and it's not they're fault, at all, but the new APP needs to be fixed so customers can add or subtract, something, like sour cream as a example, when you spend almost 80.00 dollars for food that you love to eat, and it's made wrong, and you order like 3 to 4 times a week for about 2 years, you should be able to get your orders properly done, instead we had a employee yelling at us, wouldn't even let me speak, called like 3 times and he hung up ,I don't think the manager or owner would approve of this employee actions,he needs more training on customer service, and hopefully a we get someone from Roberto's taco restaurants to take...

I tried the Asada Burrito and it was HUMONGOUS &💥BOMB💥.. flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The hubs had a Beef Enchilada and he loved it! As we ate, the cook came to check up on us, to see what we thought.
