This was our first time eating at Shake Shack, and we wish we came in sooner! We loved the food, and especially our interaction with Tya! She set an incredible tone as we ordered at the cash register. Tya was extremely friendly and helpful - a model representative for Shake Shack! Then tasting the hamburgers, french fries, and shakes sealed the deal.
The Avocado Bacon Hamburger was flavorful. The avocado was vibrant green and the perfect texture. I would recommend not leaving Shake Shack without tasting the Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with plenty of parmesan cheese, and the truffle dipping sauce was decadent!
Even if you’re not hungry and are just craving a milkshake - you won’t be disappointed at Shake Shack. The Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate milkshakes were rich in flavor, tasting of smooth ice cream in a cup.
A nice surprise and added bonus was the engraving on the tables: Made in the USA Sustainability Sourced White Oak. Also the milkshake cups said: Commercially Compostable. I felt a surrounding of clean, and an environmentally friendly atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Shake Shack Rhodes Ranch W Warm Springs Rd, and don’t forget to...

I walked into Shake Shack with dreams in my heart and truffle on my mind—only to have my hopes deep-fried and served cold. No truffle burger. No truffle fries. No truffle anything. Just me, standing there like a fancy mushroom enthusiast at a plain potato convention.

So instead of that glorious, earthy, umami-packed experience, I got a regular cheeseburger—good, yes, but not “I-wear-a-monocle-while-eating-this” good. I miss the days when Shake Shack smelled like truffle oil and hope.
Bring back the truffle, Shake Shack. My tastebuds are in mourning, wearing all black and whispering...

My only two complaints is that it’s so “modernized” that you don’t actually interact with… well… pretty much ANY staff. You go in and order your food at a tablet on the counter. You take your table number and sit down. Someone brings the food to you. The end. BUT that certainly doesn’t stop them from trying to get you to leave a tip. For what? I didn’t hardly speak to anyone but your tablet is pushing me to leave a tip? Absolutely insane.
The burger was DELICIOUS. Seriously. No notes. But the fries were over seasoned and too spicy. I’m someone who loves spicy foods. But I was eating dry chili powder by the tablespoon trying to eat these fries. And they don’t offer an option for...
