China A Go Go (S Durango) — Restaurant in Spring Valley

The customer service is honest to goodness simply nonexistent. Some of the worst human interactions I’ve ever had have been with the employees of the restaurant, especially the owner who talks to everyone as if he hated everything. He sits there in one of the booths doing nothing and then stares at you as if you did something wrong. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a food establishment than here. The food is sub par and should only be an option if everything else is closed or you’re on a super tight budget, but expect to get what you paid for when it comes to quality. Very little. The restaurant itself looks rundown and like the owners have given up on making it look like a place people would want to eat at. If you’re craving Chinese food, please consider all other options before coming here. Though the food is okay at best, everything else about the business makes it not worth the trouble getting...

We were a group of two walk-ins during dinner. Briefly reviewed the menu, as the cashier efficiently assisted and completed any other patrons even before we were ready.

Ordered two entrees & found the appetizer sampler we wanted to try as well. Got an extra free item thereafter even, just for paying in cash. Sat for 5-10 minutes tops, in which the food was fired from scratch and finished all in that short time (boxes stayed warm all the way home). Any item that listed spicy indeed had it, and the accompanying sauces were wonderful.

Prices not quite the lowest, but well worth it for good taste & the quick efficiency of their team.

I ordered for delivery something simple sweet and sour chicken. When my order arrived there was chicken but no sweet and sour sauce. I immediately noticed before the delivery man could leave and shown him there was no sauce for the chicken. He then stated I'm just the driver, "as if he doe not work for the company." I called them and got another poorly speaking English person on the phone who said they'd remake my order. They come baring SOGGY sweet and sower chicken that is dripping in sauce which is not edible. I called back not wanting anything, just to let them know how unhappy I was with the service and these mofo's placed me on hold to take a order. Super unprofessional place. Keep your money in your pocket NEVER EVER...
