Maybe we need to try their soup dishes instead next time. Their banchan were tasty, and unique. Nothing that bad, but also nothing overly spectacular. But for Vegas, that's pretty good.
Again, not bad in quality. Not the best. Cleaner and more traditional than other restaurants who use too much sauce. Quality is there, in which you don't feel like crap after. Nothing is overly salty, sweet or sour in ingredients. I want to say we'll come back but only if I'm looking for an overall menu place, and mediocreness in the dishes.
Find napkins and utensils in the table drawer. Medium $29.99 Jokbal (pork hock with shredded green onions) Added $3.00 Blossom napa Pork was a little dry but edible.
$18.99 Seafood green onion pancake comes with sweeter type of sauce. Was like an omelet egg pancake. Hefty. Not completely filled with pancakes but you'll get just enough. I guess I like the thinner ones with alot of seafood....but difficult to find.
$15.99 Buckwheat Cold noodles....changed it to $16.99 Half spicy had cold cold noodles (dine-in only) because we were dining-in. I'm picky with my cold noodles. The noodles were not to my standards. It's simlar to of I made it at home from store packages. But I like that they had vinegar and mustard out of the broth. Thus you can customize that. I actually enjoy clean brought. And if the broth is good enough, then I don't mind adding mustard to other normal...
Read moreI don't often write negative reviews as I know the impact it has on small businesses. But I truly believe that we wrongly billed and we received rude customer service. We had a large party, not everyone was that hungry, so we ordered some appetizers to share. Note, there was only 3 other occupied tables and by the time we had finished, there was only 1 table occupied. We didn't order enough dishes for the staff's liking, the waitress literally counted in front of us and said we must order one dish per person or she will not serve us. Then said she was very busy and can't service us. Nowhere in the signs in the restaurant or menu state this policy. We responded with, if we order more, will you still service us? She said very dismissively, ‘maybe.’ Aside from our original order, we had also added side dishes and booze. So second time of ordering, we selected a mix of entrees and appetizers that satisfied her dish count. Then we asked for 3 cups of water for our children, she then gave us bottled water and charged our small children...even the two year olds.
On top of this, she never checked on our table once. Then had the audacity to charge 25% tips when it doesn’t state that in the menu at all. If she had serviced us, we would have understood the 25% but she failed to that. We will not be returning, as there are plenty of other Korean food establishments with much...
Read moreI’ve been to Tang around 8 times since my friends and I first walked in at the start of 2025. I’m sorry it’s taken so long for me to write a review. Tang is my favorite restaurant in Vegas, even among other cuisines. It has a comfy atmosphere and the food is always amazing. They have the best kimchi ever in my opinion. I love that it’s more on the umami(fish) taste and not as acidic or salty as store-bought ones. They have a great variety of banchan! We always order galbijjim, so I haven’t explored much of the menu, but it really is that good everytime. The Korean dumplings are also lovely, they’re very big and juicy and the sauce it comes with is the perfect complement. Korean dumplings are different from Chinese or Japanese ones, they’re a lot more fulfilling and a must try! My friends and I love that the galbijjim is more soupy as opposed to other popular Korean spots such as Daeho in LA. The soup makes it superrr comforting and the spice is perfect. The portion is also great :)
There’s usually one or two people working there at a time so please be patient if there’s multiple customers at once. I’m super grateful to the service I’ve received...
