Volcano Cafe — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I really don't want to put any stars to this place.This is the worst place for customer service. There is this girl named Paola really rude and disrespectful. I been there before but believe me this was my last time. First they take the order wrong than with an attitude they fix it and with snappy attitude tells me "is more money for what you want and I said is ok I don't mind paying 2.00 different is for my child. When I want to pay the difference she tells me I have to spend 5.00 or more to take my card, so I tell her that I only have card no cash. Finally she takes my card not to happy but has no choice I have no cash." Paola with her nasty attitude she was giving me I kept talking to her and she will ignore me completely. I ask someone else to give me her name cause she will not even answer any of my questions. I will never come here again and I don't recommend this...

Their boba it’s pretty good and really cheap for what it is and how good it tastes. But I did have two problems, the first one is that the staff makes you feel rushed and that you have to order right away even tho we were the only clients, not that big of a deal anyway. Second and most important is that I specifically said I wanted “popping boba”, I told the cashier 3 times that I wanted the popping one because I love it and she either didn’t understand even after 3 times or didn’t care so they put the regular boba anyway. This is my go to place for Boba milk tea. It is always good. Their staff are nice and quick to get your order made. I especially like their extensive selection of flavors and types of drinks. My favorite is chocolate milk tea. It tends to be a flavor that is often not offered at places that sell boba teas drinks, but this place has it along with many other flavors, which is one of the main reasons it is my go to place for Boba tea. The Volcano Cafe looks nice and has a reasonably chill atmosphere like many Boba Tea Cafes. It lends itself well to sitting around with friends or family for 20-30 minutes while everyone enjoys...
