The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about building lasting relationships with their patients. They take their time during appointments and make sure all your questions are answered.

Another huge plus is the multilingual support. The team can assist in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, French, and Thai, making the experience seamless and inclusive for a wonderfully diverse community.

Outdated equipment. They got my prescription wrong and i didn't understand it because the sample lenses were fine but when the glasses was cut, one eye was dramatically blurry. I tried again for a recut the doctor tried it again... and after telling him its blurry repeatedly... he said its the best he could do. And they made me sign an acknowledgement saying they will only recut once.

I took the glasses to another place and the prescription was a huge difference. The axis was off along with the cyl.

The side they got wrong, the vision they prescribed was -3.0 cyl and 1 axis. Turns out its 1.75 cyl and 75 axis.

This is what $800 gets you. They should not be writing...
