One of the worst experiences i've had at a fast food restaurant.I had placed an order for forty three dollars worth of pizza.Online received at the pizzas were going to be done in approximately two minutes.So I got in my vehicle and I drove to the restaurant which is maybe five minutes or from my house arrive to pick up the Pizza. I was informed that it was not ready and it would be another 10 minutes or so waited 15 minutes in the parking lot, pulled back up to the window. I was told again it would be another 15 or so minutes I was like, excuse me, it said the pizzas were done 20 minutes ago. I've been waiting and now you're telling me they're still not ready. Went around again came back. She told me they were just being put in the oven. I said this is ridiculous. You've had me here forever and ever. And you've still not even put them in the oven. I don't know what to tell you, ma'am. I says, no, this isn't my problem. You shouldn't be telling people that their stuff is ready. And having them wait forever and ever. And just keep telling me to wait longer and pull back around to the window. So then Again? I said, so how long is this going to be about 20 more minutes? I said I can't wait another 20 minutes. That will be over an hour. I've been here after the time that it should have been done. Is there a way that it could be sent to another store? I will drive to the Other Store Which Was Another 10 Minutes Or Longer Away from me. They came back, they canceled my order. But didn't even come back straight to the window. It was at least about 10 minutes or so come back to the window told me they canceled it and I could leave. I said, excuse me, so did the money go back onto my cart? Immediately to where I can place the order at another location. No, it takes until tomorrow and shut the window on my face. I stayed there till somebody came back a lady young girl actually, with half blue and half black hair. She would not give me her name. She came back, told me it was not her problem. It was my problem. And that They canceled it and I would not get my money back until tomorrow. I should know this is not how it works. And you need to stick them in the oven and get them out to me, because I am not going to be without $50. And cannot go home without any food for my family. That's been waiting already for over an hour. She slams the window again in my face, and maybe 10 minutes later. I was told I had to leave that they were not putting it back in the oven for me. After another girl in between that came to the window and told me they were putting it back in the oven for me. So I had to drive 10 to 15 minutes to another location. Make another order and get Pizza. And the funny thing is, I walked in, it wasn't even 5 minutes. And my Pizza was ready was not offered. An apology was not offered anything they could do for me worse experience if I've ever had. I will never ever ever get from you guys there at that location ever again. And this isn't the first time i've had a bad experience, but this is just beyond the worst.I do not recommend ever...
Read moreI went to the store to pick up an online order. I was assisted by a new employee my total came out to $14.06. I told them that I had a gift card that I was going to use and pay the difference on my credit card, the gift card was $12, however I did not state the value on the card, the rep told me to swipe the card and on the screen it showed the $12 credit. I then tried to pay the other $2six cents with my credit card but he did not know how to do that so he called the manager Ezequiel Castro , he came to assist and this is where the problems started. I told him I needed to pay $2.06 more on my credit card. However it does not show that on the payment processor he check on his screen and did not show an amount. He said the amount did not go through. I showed him that’s incorrect because his employee verified that the $12 was processed, otherwise how would he have known it was $12?
He told me to swipe the card again, which I did and it was declined. Reason being is because they had already processed the $12 payment..
He said there is nothing he can do and the only option he gave me was to either pay the full amount using a different payment method or contact customer service tomorrow and have them re-apply it to my card and I can use it for a future purchase. I explain to him that this was not my fault, but an error by the store and they should make right since Domino’s has my $12. He refused to offer me any viable option other than to pay or leave the store.

Read moreWe order pizza here quite a bit cause my son likes the Alfredo bread bowl. However, I’ve had a few bad experiences here. This last time they delivered my pizza with black olives on it and wasn’t supposed to have it, and the bread bowl barely had anything in it. I called to let them know my order wasn’t correct, and they answered and put me on hold. I sat on hold for 20 minutes with no one answering. So I drove up there with my order while still waiting on hold. I get there and go through the drive thru. I told them my order was wrong and the bread bowl was pathetic and that I had called and been on hold and still on hold while talking to them at the store. The young person in charge came to the window and said the bread bowl was right cause it’s pre measured. I said unless the amount was changed it wasn’t even close to what we normally get. He didn’t apologize for anything and said it would be 15 mins while they make another. I drove back though 15 minutes later and ended up waiting 30 minutes. I told the young manager that this was terrible customer service and I wanted a refund for all the trouble. He said ok, but days later there was no refund to my account. I called back and spoke with him again. This time he told me he couldn’t refund it and the other manager would have to do it and would call me that Friday. We’ll no one called me Friday and I still have no refund. If this is what I can expect from this Dominos, I won’t be coming back. I don’t know if it’s because of short staffing or just poorly trained, but no one wants to spend their money for this...
