Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring

Ordered 2 medium pizzas with multiple extra toppings off the app. Order came within about 20-25 minutes which was normal, but both pizzas arrived barely lukewarm somehow. Both pies were barely cut by someone who must’ve failed geometry because the slices ranged from one inch across to a 3-4 inches on the same pie - and I do mean “barely”: thank you so much for cutting the thin layer of toppings and cheese for me - I love having to recut my own pizzas all the way through to the crust!

The toppings type we paid for were all there, but the quantity amount was sadly lacking. Unless a dime thin layer of pizza sauce counts as “extra” here I guess? A sprinkling of pepperoni, about 5 pieces of sausage (ok maybe 5.5 if we’re being honest), a few sad looking pieces of onions and olives completed the depressingly disappointing excuses of “pizzas” that we received today.

I know it’s a Friday so supplies are low I guess, but maybe don’t skimp on toppings for a pizza that customers ordered extra on? Or have the pizza cut but someone still learning shapes with the body strength of a large goldfish? Maybe deliver actual edible hot food, just a thought?

Had to trash both pizzas and the cheesy bread because they were all just terrible. I’ve literally never had as bad a Dominos as what I was inflicted with today. Thank you for helping me in eating...

Tonight we opted to pick up our two medium pizzas from the store with the option to have a Dominos associate bring the pizzas to our car and drop them off contactless. I had my 8 month old son with me, we arrived when our pizza tracker informed us it was time for pick-up. We followed the text instructions (we arrived at 8:03pm) put my hazards on and wait for an associate to bring the pizzas to the car. I sent a send text at 8:15 then proceed to try and call the store (no one answer). At 8:25pm, my 8 month old is now screaming, I put my mask on, unload my son and we go inside to pick up the pizza. An associate walks up, say “hello” not “how can I help you?” I explain that I have been waiting for our order in the car and had opted in for the deliver to car method, I tell her my name for the order. She then walks over to the station and picks up my pizzas (they were just sitting there ready) says nothing and hands them to me. I was agitated and I’m sure she could tell as But as I exited the store she then says “have a good night”....

Unreal....

I love THIS location... I always get my pizza hot and my order is correct. I like the taste everything is great! I don't know who Jill is but the tracker always says she makes my pizza and I want her to know she is awesome and thanks!

Update: the most bizarre thing happened. I was at ski apache in New Mexico "learning" how to snowboard. I was talking about how nice the snow is, this lady asked me where I was from I said Houston, she said me too, I said oh cool I'm live in The Woodlands, she me too. I was shocked. She told me she works on Grogans mill. Excitedly, I randomly said oh the dominos on Grogans mill is the best. She told me she was the manager there. Stunned, all I could think of was to tell her that this chick Always makes my pizza and she is highly appreciated. She asked me are you Alexandra? So confused and even more stunned I confirmed my name. It was Jill!!! I met Jill at a ski lodge in a tiny town a thousand...
