I love…I mean LOVE.. boba teas. In fact, I would go as far as to say I have an actual addiction. I have been to a Feng Cha 3x times now in the last week 2wks. Which I know doesn’t sound like a lot, but that is bc I have different tea places I love and I try new ones all the time.
I would say this is becoming one of my favorites and I will tell you why. I LOVE fruit teas; especially citrus or tropical ones. I also love a tea that tastes crisp (& clean..if ya know ya know) and fresh…like fresh fruit particularly. I ordered the Overflowing Grapefruit and it’s just chefs kiss. Pieces of fruit, sweet and citrusy with a little bit of tartness and bitterness. You can def tell there is real fruit in there. I usually get it 50-75% sweet but I think for this drink, I prefer it at 75%. It’s just so smooth and refreshing and ughhh just tastes sooo good. My husband orders their Mango Fantasy and OH MY GAHHHHH it is SO. FLIPPING. GOOD. I know you’re probably thinking; if it’s so good, why do I order the grapefruit drink. I’ll tell you why…1 I am poor so I can’t order both and 2 I try to drink lower calorie drinks lol. The mango fantasy is just bursting with flavor and texture and if you love something chewy, omg the coconut sago is the bomb dot com. It’s like a mango colada??? Idk it’s very good.
Update-they got claw machines and it’s so fun and you actually can win something which is instant serotonin 🥰❤️
✨Update (Jan 2025)- I wanted to post an update to reflect the change in my rating. This used to be my fav place; so much in fact that when I saw they were hiring I wanted to work here just for the drinks. But in doing so, I realized how immature and 2 faced one of the managers is. Without writing a novel, all I will say is that the mgmt team is not great. One of the owners talks bad about her employees to other employees, belittles/talks down to you and doesn’t have time to “help” or “train” you but has time to blow up your phone & watch you in the cameras. And then when you quit, they tell you to pick up your check and then proceeds to basically throw it AND shade at you the whole time. I’m sorry…1. You are a 40yr old & completely unprofessional and 2. You are paying me $8/hr and that does not pay my bills & barely pays my toll fees for 99. I wanted to work there bc I genuinely LOVE the drinks. But I will not support a business that treats their staff the way this person treated me and her talking crap about her other younger employees TO ME. There are A TON of places in Houston.
HOWEVER… If you want great customer service & consistently yummy drinks/food & still love Feng Cha like I do, try Feng Cha Humble or Midtown. The staff there are all chefs kiss! If you love teas, like me, and want to try something different that’s near this Woodlands Feng Cha location, King Tea is also off Sawdust/Rayford close to them and R&B tea is also on the same road but by 99 and they are amazing as well with awesome customer service!
PS-the low rating for service and atmosphere is for the management NOT the employees. The actual employees have always...
Read moreAsked for a fruity / strawberry milk tea, got pressured over and over again to buy some blended drink called a strawberry breeze. Eventually relented and got that, but ask them if they could make some sort of milk tea with strawberry flavoring with cheese foam. They ended up selling me something called a strawberry overload, which after arriving home I learned wasn't even a milk tea. It tasted like water and strawberry chunks. The blended drink they sold me still had whole ice cubes in it.
Followed up with the manager of the location over email to file a complaint, and was essentially told "we can customize a drink if you ask for it", which again, is exactly what I tried to do. When I reiterated that my problem wasn't necessarily the fact that the drink I wanted wasn't something that they directly offered but the fact that I was misled on the drink I was purchasing, I wasn't offered any sort of attempt to fix the situation, just a follow-up email of "I apologize again."
All in all, spent around $16 for two drinks and had maybe three sips between the two of them in total. Would not recommend whatsoever, and if you do decide to go I wouldn't even bother asking for any sort of customization on the menu items.
Update: After this review was posted, I was reached out to by management with an offer to "exchange the drink". I don't know if this was just a poor choice of words on the part of the manager, but I ordered two drinks and obviously the drinks have been tossed at this point. I'm under the impression the only reason this follow up email was sent was because of...
Read moreStopped by Feng Cha Woodlands on a busy evening, and despite the rush, the experience was amazing—all thanks to Luna, the standout attendant who made everything feel smooth and welcoming.
There was a bit of a line, and Luna kindly let me know it might be a few minutes. She was juggling a constant flow of orders, but you’d never know it from how calm, kind, and attentive she remained. She handled the crowd with such professionalism and grace—even when a few customers weren’t exactly easygoing.
When it was my turn, my attendant took the time to ask about my preferences and offered a spot-on recommendation: the Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba. It was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, with the perfect torch-kissed top and soft, chewy boba. Total perfection.
It’s rare to see someone manage that kind of pressure with such heart. Luna truly made the visit special. I left impressed, grateful, and already looking forward to my next trip back.
The shop itself is cozy, welcoming, and aesthetically on point—great for catching up with friends or just treating yourself to a solo boba date.
If you're in The Woodlands and haven’t been to Feng Cha, do yourself a favor and GO. Already dreaming about my next Crème Brûlée Dirty...
