Dunkin' — Restaurant in Spring

I loved this place I just started drinking dunking donuts coffee 5 days ago, my 4th day was yesterday. I ordered a Large iced coffee with almond milk, French vanilla shot And I have gotten the exact drink before two days prior that visit I know it for a fact as it was this week. I have it on my app too. So when I got my drink I noticed it didn’t look the same as it did the other day and I thought maybe I just needed to mix it around so I did and I tasted it and it was just coffee And ice by itself nothing else. So I went back and I told the person there that it was wrong because it didn’t have anything I asked for but the coffee and he said that the almond milk doesn’t really make a difference in the color. Which is wrong because yes it does and I had just bought the exact same drink 2 days before that so I know what it taste like and what it looked like. I was upset not to sound dramatic but i was really looking forward to that drink and because he didn’t even say hey I can ask the person that made it or check if the measurements were right or anything he just offered some almond milk so I said okay that’s fine. But he gave me a VERY small portion of the milk which did not make a difference because it was a large drink and it was still missing the French vanilla shot. Spring location Dunkin Donuts has time after time either provided incorrect order or missed items that I've paid for via drive thru. This location also lacks customer service. For example today I ordered 3 medium black coffees with cream and sugar on the side because it is always my luck that the staff lack experience on providing a consistent drink quality. I also had requested a small coffee with cream and sugar for my sister and they gave it to me black. Went inside the store after waiting at the drive thru window with no team member at site for 5 minutes to request cream and sugar for the small coffee and the team member had an attitude as if I've offended her for requesting for what I had paid for. Below are different experiences that I have encountered at this location.

-coffee too bitter possibly prematurely pour due to lack of patience in waiting for a complete brew

-bagel cream cheese spread is never consistent, either I get barely any pictures attached.

missed hash browns within drive thru order x2

-coffee served has been cold

-asked for cream cheese on the side, apparently this is the only location that does not invest in individual packaged cream cheese like all other locations I've been too, plus no plastic knifes are provided

Needless to say this store is at a great location yet lacks customer service and needs to either re-train the team members who work in the weekend shifts to really start caring about the customers, and their experience.

I was excited to go into a new Dunkin Donuts but was quickly disappointed. Walked into the place. The place was empty. Gave my order three times to the girl and she still messed up! I only ordered a cold coffee, a cappuccino, a mint donut, and 2 ham & egg croissants. The girl didnt ring up the donut AND forgot to make the ham & egg croissants. Again, THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS! The girl was peddling around the store looking bored; like she was waiting for something to do. I reordered the donut (a fourth time). Then, 15-20 minutes later, I had to go back up to the girl, reshow the receipt, and ask her where the croissants were. She took the receipt, kept looking at it confused, aplolgized, and walked to the back of the store. She never gave my receipt back. A different girl overheard our conversation, also apologized, and gave my son a free donut for our trouble. When my son and I finally received the croissants it was still partially cold. I couldn't eat it. There wasn't one adult employee in that store. Dunkin Donuts really should not let teenagers be allowed to soley run their store on their own. Their not mature enough to...
