This may be contingent on it being a new location but the menu is either too big or their brains are too small. I've ordered the same drink numerous times and it ALWAYS tastes and is made different than the time before. I always feel like im annoying them by being there yet they still suggest I tip, which I would end up doing anyway bc they have tip cups at the window but to ASK for a percentage on the kiosk while i pay before i even get my drink is over kill. One could say, "Why go back numerous times?". Call it wishful thinking or just plain convenience because the drinks aren't horrible and they are very cheap. The other weekend they were having a special event launching the new pup cups and they were giving out bandanas if you brought your dog. My girlfriend brought our dog up there and went to the walk up window to get a drink as well as a pup cup and a bandana for our pup. She was told by the girl that the event didn't start until 3 (she was there at 2) and that she couldn't get a bandana. Might seem like a stupid gripe but the bandanas were visible in a stack next to the girl, who by the way was dancing to drake the whole time she interacted with my girlfriend. Which I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing(?) but I do know they walked away without a pup cup, no bandana and a drink that was made...

I tried to be polite and asked multiple times if they could show me that it was counterfeit but they kept saying that it was in the back. I even specified that I just needed proof that it was counterfeit so that I could dispute it with my bank. But all I received was a very bothersome tone from the lady who had taken my order. They even failed to provide any number to talk to the manager because they stated “We don't give out their personal information” when I asked for their business email not personal.
