I thought long and hard about posting this because I don't want it to come off as being mean, but I ultimately decided that it needs to be shared so people can make an informed decision where they get their food. First, the ppl are nice and have good customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile. However, I used to work in food service and can't help but notice these things. I went here during the evening time usually, so this isn't a one time observation when I walked in the dining room. The mgr often looks unclean, hair messy and often touches her face and hair when bagging food. The dining room bus boy looks sloppy with messy hair and face, unclean and has stains on his shirt. I would look pass these things because he never served me and she only took my order, but bagged up the food for the drive thru. Well, last visit was my last time going there. As I walked in, one of the cooks was rubbing on her mouth as she was preparing food. It was an innocent gesture, but not something that should be expected with food service. The other cook had on gloves, but she was cleaning her area with a spray and cleaning rag and also making food with the same gloves. The lady who took my order looked unclean, messy hair and a few recent sores on her arms. She was regularly rubbing her hair and face. As she was bagging up my food, I already wasn't feeling like I wanted the food anymore. Then, she grabs the box with my wrap and puts it in the bag, digs in the corner of her eye to get that lil crust that we get sometimes, flicks it away somewhere, and then grabs my pasta and puts it in the bag. I just took the food order and threw everything away when I got home. I was really disgusted. I know I will never go back to this location. I write all this to suggest that they need a servsafe class on cleanliness in the food workplace. These are nice people and none of this was done from malice, but they need training on working in food service. Also, the pasta looked weird. I had planned to try it for the first time, so as I was throwing it away, I saw all the spinach was just laid on the bottom and the pasta on top. Maybe mix it together...
Read moreUpdate: I am updating this to 3 stars because the manager was very nice and came over to show me a map of some plugs in the restaurant. Still not a lot for such a big restaurant (there are 5), there are some. Also, the mistake was that a new employee was not aware of the plugs when I asked.
I would consider coming back now that I have this new information. The food and the service was good as always.

Previous review notes:
Great fresh salad bar - as is what is always great about Jason’s Deli.
The reason I gave a 2 rating is the disregard for modern customer needs. There are no plugs anywhere . I could not plug up my computer, phone or anything. I work remotely, as many do these days. I look to spend my lunch and dinner money at places where I can also work.
This place is newly built with lots of seating.
So the message is clear- eat your food and get out. We don’t want you to stay. I get you may not want “campers” - but people who spend a lot of time at your establishment- spend a lot of money over time - and bring people with them who also spend money.
Maybe that is why the place was almost empty at lunch time. Places that welcome customers and give back to customers- like providing plugs for doing some work - are rewarded. I spend tons of money at Starbucks because they create an environment for me to want to stay.
I will not be frequenting your...
Read moreVery disappointed. I gave 1 star because the soup was good. However, the portion size I got when ordering to go was extremely small and because I ordered from GrubHub I ended up paying triple the amount for a cup of soup when I ordered a bowl. I called Jason's deli to speak to a manager about what they could maybe do and was turned down by the girl who answered the phone around 2:30pm on 12/09. She refused to let me speak to a manager and rather tried to handle it herself with her snarky, know-it-all attitude. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do in which case I responded, "there's nothing you can do because you're not the manager, can I please speak to one?" She would not let me speak to one nor did she offer to get my info so they could call me back. She told me I could go up to the store, but trust me sweetie, that's the last thing you want. Just wanted to speak to a manager, but unfortunately they have dumb little girls answering phones for their business. This will be the last time Jason's Deli gets me or my families business. Terrible...
