Worst firehouse ever rude disinterested if itās slow itās like your interrupting their standing around time that was the 2nd time I went there Asked if I wanted the pickle. 3rd time a completely dry Sandwich gross Iāve never made a special request ever at Firehouse Subs I want a sandwich like itās supposed to be with condiments also some how this place is about $2 more expensive then the firehouse I used to go to in Katy that never messed up my sandwich neither rude nor pickle thieves. This time no ask about the pickle id paid for and is included as part of my meal though theyāre supposed just put it in there they just didnāt! From the earlier visit I know they care about pickle conservation If I knew I had to ask I would have Itās supposed to be part of the meal though, never got asked if I wanted my pickle at the other firehouse they arenāt freaks trying to get a cost reduction over pickles. This firehouse is probably just happy to screw over the people that donāt know theyāre supposed to get a pickle weird manager obsessed with pickle conservation pissing off good customers for a pickle. There is a firehouse 6 min further from my house and Iāll just go there thank you. Btw 1st time I went I got a blt and the sandwich made me sick thatās why Iād avoided this location for about 2 or 3 years. Back to avoid I was wrong thinking that this place had any relation to the Firehouse Subs I went to in Katy both...
Ā Ā Ā Read morelet me say the only reason I gave three stars. While the meal was great, I only have one complaint and it is Major because the franchise owner needs to know this. Until the franchisee takes down the the sign saying mask required instead of mask suggested, I will not return to this place. To the franchise owner: a mask to prevent a virus getting through it is just like putting up a fence around your yard to keep out mosquitoes. IT DOESN'T WORK, If you can breathe through a mask, ANY virus can get through it! More and more Healthcare professionals are seeing through all the lies of the past year and are calling šš© on this!!!!! All you're doing by requiring masks is losing patrons like me and who knows how many others that have not said anything, not realizing it hurts your business! Come to your senses, and change the signs to suggested not required like every single other business around you in Spring The Woodlands and North Houston have. Out of the hundreds of businesses I have visited since Governor Abbott rescinded his illegal executive order, YOURS is the ONLY business that I have seen requiring. Three friends of mine have already said they will not go there as well for the same reason. Four people equals roughly $60 of business for you guys because that is roughly what one person...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorth experience that we have ever had at a firehouse sub. The one in Cypresswood is unprofessional at all point. First of all we stop there because it was close to where we were going and BAD CHOICE.... there were 3 employees who did not know what their job was, they were laughing, talking loud, and extremely disrespectful. There was only 1 customer in front of us and it took them 30 freaking minutes to make 2 sandwiches. We asked 3 times if the sandwiches were ready and they asked us what sandwiches? What did you order? And if there was other people waiting since itās taking them so long? Anyway, the employees told us that they will be ready soon (after 30 minutes waiting), well if they were actually working then the sandwiches would be ready. So, 30-45 minutes later my husband started to get mad and asked the employees where our sandwiches were, and they told us "oh they are right there, sitting on the counter" for who knows how long since they were super hot and disgusting. Extremely disappointed of this firehouse sub on Cypresswood (the firehouse sub in the Woodlands is amazing). The manager should train its employee better or make them go HOME!! This place does not need lazy people to represent...
