Racism does still exist! As a Black woman with a big personality, it's not often that I am ignored and looked over. It happened today for at least 20 minutes with the waitress/co-owner/employee from this establishment. Ordered food to go and decided to sit in and enjoy my food l, especially with construction and I was hungry. Sat down and advised the older woman that I would be dining in. Never was given another look from that point. No drink order taken, but the owner did come out with the food and I told him that the food was mine and grabbed it and sat down. He later came by to ask for an order, and I stated that I needed water. Ate my food and watched the employee/older woman take care of all the other patrons yet never glancing over at me. I finally ,after 15 minutes am able to get her attention and asked her for a straw. I cannot drink from a restaurant without having a straw. The employee comes over and is made aware that I would like a straw. She proceeded to go around the room one more time checking on everyone else and then greets a new customer, takes his drink order, goes to get his order and comes back with only one straw. At this point I'm choking on my orange chicken and decides to go get my own straw. She again walks past me and drops my original straw in my table and comes back to the front , still no eye contact and I have to get attention again to ask her for chopsticks. At this point she shoos me away with hands as if I was bothering her. I have never felt so belittle when I as a paying customer had a need. Not only did I feel unwelcomed in an establishment I have frequently visited, albeit via drive through.

I didn't quite understand why I was a target for such poor human...

We went out on a Monday night for Chinese food and forgot that many restaurants are closed Monday nights. We decided to try this place and we are very very glad we did. I ordered the General Tso's chicken combo and the wonton soup was hot and not too salty like many other places. The fried rice was average but the chicken was delicious. Huge chunks of solid white meat perfectly breaded and very good sauce. There was plenty of sauce to even flavour the rice as well. We both got egg rolls and they were hot and crispy and well seasoned filling. My wife ordered the pepper steak and sweet and sour chicken and veggies and she loved it. She never chooses to take leftovers home but she even asked for her own box. It seemed like they didn't expect so many tables to fill and the server was overwhelmed and busy but it didn't affect our meal other than the drinks were refilled slowly. We will certainly be trying this...

So the food was pretty bland but they did give good portion size. The big reason I am giving this place a 1 star is the worst customer service! Our server never checked on us and whenever we asked her a question when we were ordering she seemed so annoyed. Please keep in mind my friend and I were the only customers in the restaurant. Then a little after we received our food she already gave us check which was odd since we barley started eating (Which didn’t bother me). After we finished eating we paid and tipped our server $3 for a $25 order. Our server asked if this was a $3 or $4 which we told her is was $3. She then proceeds to tells us that we are supposed to tip 15%! At that moment I was so done with her! I just couldn’t believe she had the audacity to even say that since all she did was bring out food. We grabbed our own menus since she couldn’t bother give us another menu. $3 is more then fair for...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered sweet and sour chicken they gave me shrimp. I called back to explain to the elderly Asian woman. She doesn't understand English clearly yet she think she does. They wouldn't comp my meal for next time. Her only way options for resolving the issue was to bring back my food. Which I couldn't was on lunch break and I wasn't going to be back within the area. I sent her a picture of the food. Which was some plain dry a$$ rice and two pieces of chicken the rest was shrimp fried with my chicken. If I had a allergy they would have gotten me sick and someone else. This restaurant should be closed down for good. I will go to different Chinese restaurant in my future. If I were to be in that area again.

I will start by saying the staff was nice the server we had was an older lady very sweet. I ordered vegetable lo mien veggie spring rolls and my boyfriend rice, soup, and sweet and sour chicken. Everything came fresh to order but when my vegetables lo mein came out it had roaches in it. The restaurant did not comp our order they offered more and gave us the roach infested lo mien free! Requiring us to pay for the remainder of the food that we clearly did NOT eat. Who knows what we would have found. If the food has roaches mixed in the kitchen must be disgusting just like the bathroom (nasty and smelled horrible) we will never go back to this restaurant and I suggest you steer clear of this establishment as well.
