Came through drive thru and it took over 15 minutes to place an order. Finally placed my order, paid at the window, and was told to pull up to wait on my order. Waited for about 5-7 minutes and was handed PART of my order. Had to go back through drive thru to ask for remaining 2 biscuits & sauce for wicked shrimp. Got to window and was asked for my receipt after I told them what my issue was and what was missing. Receipt was taken and given back to me with a box of food I didn’t ask for. Reversed car to once again ask for missing items I ordered. Was told “I gave it to you” and ask “so this isn’t your order?” After I had clearly explained the issue at hand. Manager/staff tried to argue and ended up giving me a bag of sauces and one biscuit. At this point, I walked through the drive thru back up to the window with my entire order in hand. Manager insisted I already have my food and proceeded to argue with me at the window. I finally got what I asked and paid for. Another customer who was at the drive thru window had to check her own order and it was wrong and missing items as well. This Popeyes is far too new to have these issues already and I’ve never had to argue with a “professional” before. That is completely unacceptable. Read moreMy review is based off 4 ish visits. Every-time I come here it’s bad. The workers attitudes are crap. Sometimes I pass by here on my way to work as it’s the only quick food I can grab. Never again. Today was bad enough. Their sweet tea tastes like unsweetened tea that’s been watered down. I got half a tender. I went back because they gave me the wrong sauce and was missing something I ordered. The girl (skinny and glasses) was talking to me with a tone that implicated I was in the wrong. That somehow it was my fault. Ended up being because I wasn’t charged so I gave her my card again and she then is extremely rude to me and gives me a finger to “hold on” and then when I say thank you (after they messed up), she slams the window shut on me.
