If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would! The employees are nice enough and what you expect from a fast food establishment. However, the manager named “IONA”, is violent, hostile, rude, reprehensible, nasty, combative, argumentative, and generally unpleasant. I went through the drive-thru this morning and placed a large breakfast order. I was pleasantly surprised that the teller got the order correct. I made a point of verifying my order on the receipt before going to the next window. When I got to the pickup window the order was waiting. The young lady was polite and friendly and said I had received everything. I should have checked but took her word for it. I drove home and handed my entire family their individual orders only to discover that items were missing. I called the store and the manager, IONA, stated I could come back down and they’d give me the missing items. At this point, another family member asked if I would order something for them. Sure, no problem, I thought. I drove back down and placed the new order and told the teller that I called about missing items. She tells me to come to the window. I did. She asked for my original receipt which I handed to her and she disappeared for a bit. She comes back and asked me to go to the pickup window. The young lady there asked for payment for the new order and got her manager, IONA, to come assist with the missing items. IONA was confrontational immediately. She demanded the receipt and when she was looking at it she stated SEVERAL times that I had not ordered a specific item and therefore had not paid for the item and would not receive it. Knowing she was in the wrong, I let her carry on before asking for my receipt back. When I had it in hand, I found the item on the receipt which was the last item on it, and pointed it out to her and asked her what she saw. She then yelled at me, “SO, YOU’RE TELLING ME YOU’RE MISSING THREE SANDWICHES!!!??” I calmly told her, “No, I am in fact not saying I am missing three sandwiches. I am missing two sandwiches, a hash brown, and an orange juice.” She proceeded to argue further with me and I asked, “Why are you arguing with me? I called you and you said come pick up the missing items. I have the receipt, and you are arguing with me.” She yelled “I’M NOT ARGUING WITH YOU! I DON’T CARE IF YOU’RE THE CUSTOMER!!! F* YOU!” Slammed the window closed, pushed the teller out of her way and stomped off. I have NEVER experienced this sort of aggressive behavior by ANYONE in any customer service job ever. I will NOT give my business to this location again! To top it off, I was NOT given the missing orange juice or the drink with the new order that I PAID for and when I got home, 1.5 miles away, the new order was cold and when we opened the one breakfast sandwich the insides were missing. This place is a joke due to ONE person’s rotten, nasty, mean, poor, ugly, shameful, disgusting, inappropriate behavior!! If this is how she treats customers, imagine how she treats the employees working under her. At no point was I offered any sort of apology for THEIR mistake and having to waste my time in the rain to get what we paid for to be corrected. This is not about missing fast food items but is about this person’s absolutely reckless and degenerate behavior towards fellow human beings in 2021. God is watching all of us! I thought Texas was supposed to be the example of friendliness and courtesy. My daughter and I went through the drive-thru at this location and once we went to the second window to pay, a young man was standing at the window, texting on his cell phone, with gloves on!!!! Once he FINALLY realized I was at the window, he opened the window and proceeded to pick up my food and I told him “Absolutely Not! You were just on your cell phone with those same gloves on and you will change them before you touch my food!” He then takes the gloves off and sits them on the counter instead of the trash. Guadalupe, the manager then asks him why he walked away in Spanish and I told her what just happened. She looked me in my face and continued to ask me to clarify my order as if I didn’t say anything to her. I asked her “Did you just hear what I said?” She said “I heard you and I will check.” I said “GO CHECK?! His gloves are right there by you!” She looked and said “I will take care of it” The employee comes back to the window, Guadalupe turns to talk to him in Spanish, again and they start laughing. I asked her what was so funny and she looked as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. I asked her name and she told me “Guadalupe”. I said ok and left.
