Panda Express — Restaurant in Spring

We came in craving classic “mall Chinese” comfort food but found ourselves pleasantly surprised by Panda Express. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even let us sample their craft drinks to help us decide. We went with the pomegranate lemonade and peach lychee (halved with mango guava)—both were refreshingly chilled and bursting with balanced, fruity flavor. Our order of a 2-entrée and 3-entrée plate totaled just $32 for four people—great value for generous portions. Each dish arrived hot and satisfying, with bold, crave-worthy flavors like the tangy and slightly spicy orange chicken, delicious honey walnut shrimp (for an additional charge), and savory Beijing beef. It was definitely fast-casual done right, with a genuine care for quality and guest experience. The only drawback was the lack of outdoor seating under the provided umbrella, which would’ve made it perfect for a sunny day. Service is very slow and good luck getting your full order that you paid for. After this last time of not receiving my full order, driving all the way back to the restaurant, and then being asked to wait even longer to receive what I paid for, I will never come back. The manager didn't even apologize for their mistake or offer any recompense. There isn't even a corporate office or any contact for complaints, all they have is a worthless survey that takes way too long to complete. I can understand if you hate your job or you're having a bad day, but you always treat your customers with respect and make a big deal about correcting a mistake and making sure the customer wants to come back.

Long story short, there's plenty of small Asian food restaurants in the immediate area which will treat you with respect and have much better food at a cheaper price. One of which I can recommend is Wok and Roll which is right down the street; a restaurant run by good people with...

Very sad to have to leave such an unfortunate review. My girlfriend tried ordering from panda Express 3 times, once on doordash which we admit was doordashes issue as their driver was completely incoherent and sounded drunk, the second time she tried ordering from PE was online for pickup, where panda Express took the order and took $$ out of her acct but didnt register it in their system, finally she sent me to get the pick up order, upon which they told me they didnt have it and I just ordered there. I left only to realize i had left my wallet at PE and rushed back to get it, but someone had stolen it, the cashier and manager were helpful but unfortunately this location has poor security and the camera range is low, and someone had just walked off with it.
