Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springboro

Let me preface, I love Domino's. They always seem to be able to deliver late, and in your area when no one else is open - or able. However, this time, I needed to leave a review. This location seems to have a terrible problem with quality control. Ironic, because if you are watching your order being made online, each ticket goes through a "quality check". If you view the included pictures, our pizza was totally off. We ordered a standard pizza with tomato sauce, meats, banana peppers, and black olives. Unfortunately, that is not the pizza we received. We discovered the pizza was a half and half order (one side appears to be topped with shredded cheddar?) with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. Also, our sub had no garlic butter added to the bread, and the cheesy bread was drier than any we have had before. It was very late and close to their close time - so we did not call and complain. My main point with this review - if the online ordering system states that your order is undergoing a "quality check" - what exactly happens during this state if someone else's pizza is thrown into your ordered box? The pizza? We figured we would try the pizza, even though it was clearly not what we ordered, each took one bite, realized it had BBQ sauce - and made a new home for it....

Normally we love dominoes and have not had any issues, but this is a special exception. We placed an order for delivery though my gf accidentally put the wrong number. She called back and the guy asked for a new number and she so they put in the new one and so that was that. However their tracker was down and w'ere wondering where it is 40 min. later. So she calls and finds they circled around the apartment complex called and left a voice-mail to the previous number and that they never had the ability to update the number. Manager was unhelpful and wouldn't budge on not charging for another delivery ($5). I would gladly pick it up myself if I had a car and it was not 3 miles away. He was generally rude saying it is our fault no one was there and they never had the ability to change the number. If they said this beforehand we would of waited outside the complex, but he could not understand that there was a lie and said no one said that (which is false I was there when my gf called). Love love dominoes pizza but don't order from this location. It seems like I'm not the only one having problems with this location though. (And as further insult while I was luckily refunded the reward points...

A very frustrating experience. At 10 0clock this morning I attempted to order a business lunch. The website would not process my order and I had to start my meeting. I placed my order at 11:40 by telephone. Including the special instructions on where they building is and where to enter. Went back to the meeting only to find after we break for lunch, The store and delivery driver had called. Returned the call to find the delivery driver could not find the correct entry way. Of course he didn't try the door with all the cars parked in front of it. My food was delivered at 12:45. I was chastised to make sure I gave better information for delivery. As we began opening the order it was not our order. Called the driver back. He returned shortly with our cold food. Sorry the the other customer who received equally cold food. I always received such wonderful service from the location in Centerville. Sadly moved my business to Washington Township. Guess I will find another way to provide lunch. This was going to be your business for the next 9 weeks. ...
