🤬🤬🤬 I’m steaming mad oooohhhhhhh boy they were very very rude and full of absolute melarky, the heathens that worked there LEFT 6 of my family’s custard to melt and become sickeningly inedible. My girlfriend requested that her melted custard be remade to a proper standards and they did not show her very good service,she asked for napkins and the portly tan girl with dark hair scoffed and complained that she actually had to do her job right.We don’t want soupy custard,we’ll drive to shakes or even braums before returning to this abhorrent excuse for a dessert...

Went for a late night snack with friends. We informed the attendant at the window that we would have 3 separate orders. Once we were done ordering a worker named Christopher came around and rudely told us that next time we needed to place all orders together because it takes too long. Christopher put us and the attendant at the window in an awkward situation. Poor service. Looking at other comments the owner does not prioritize fixing...

Love this place usually, but not sure what’s going on. The kids size used to be a good portion for younger kids, but when ordered today they gave my daughter what appeared to be about two tablespoons of custard. More like a sample size. I’ve also never been asked how many “scoops” I want, given its soft serve custard. Hopefully it’s just a one off with a new employee, but this visit was a bummer and easy to understand why no one ...
