I was told i needed to visit Bugatti’s when I have a chance. Well yesterday I had some free time, so I decided to venture over and give it a try. I also looked up the reviews, just to get a general feel on , what people loved liked or were cool on. When I arrived I was greeted quickly, by the hostess I asked to be seated at the bar. The bartender immediately made her way over and asked what would I like to drink. I ordered 2 non alcoholic slushy ($7 a piece). I looked through the menu which has a vast array of dishes to order from. I was super impressed by the sheer number of things you could order. For an appetizer I decided to order the smoked wings with Boss Sauce and Not Yo Mommas Tacos. Out comes the wings and tacos….. the wings presentation let me know ,they weren’t going to be top notch. The wings look like someone, had just taken BBQ sauce and poured some on top of them. I took a bite out of my first wing and I was right. I hate lukewarm food…saying they were lukewarm is an understatement. You could tell they were rushed or someone’s order that didn’t come pick them up. The tacos were definitely not my mommas tacos. (I love tacos,I have had tacos, from every where. I’m a taco connoisseur !!!!! When I see tacos on your menu, know they’re going to be ordered!!!) Presentation also not pleasing to the sight…. I ate 2 out of 3. Way to much sour cream, big slab of naked tender slapped between a soft and hard taco shell, with less flavor than a piece of paper. I decided I would try something else ( not chicken but not to complex either). There it was shining brightly, on the right side of the menu. 8oz steak burger done the All American way lettuce tomato’s pickles cheese onions with French fries. The burger was good, tasted fine came out hot and fresh so were the crispy fries. I ordered to orders of cobbler to take home. BIG MISTAKE!!! It was terrible, super soggy, no taste at all …… I don’t mind paying for good food. This was not good food especially not $84 including already 20% gratuity added good. (The non alcoholic...
Read moreIt was ok, not great. Overall would not recommend.
Had “reservations” at 3:30pm. We got there and were a bit suspect that there was only one car in the parking lot.
Walked in. It’s pretty much a sports bar with tables around the outside. Big TVs tuned to ESPN. Loud music, hard to talk over. One guy sitting at the bar in the center talking with the bartender. 3 waitresses hanging out nearby and it still took quite awhile to come over to get our drink order (well she came over with the menus and said “want me to get you some waters to start with?” Never did ask if we wanted anything other to drink.)
Cloth napkins with silverware but also a paper napkin dispenser with a sign saying an automatic 20% gratuity is applied to each bill.
Came here to try their Turkey legs and pasta. But apparently 3:30pm is still brunch (dinner starts at 4:00pm), so we were disappointed there. Took awhile for the waitress to come back to take our food order (the menu is one sided, not too hard to decide when there aren’t many choices). Decided on chicken & waffles and French toast.
Food came out and it tasted decent, nothing amazing, but not terrible either. Had asked for a strawberry lemonade at one point (the water tasted absolutely terrible) and the bartender brought it over. We finished eating, still the only ones there, (the guy at the bar had left and two ladies came in, sat down and left within five minutes) and waited and waited for the check. The bartender came over and said did you guys want your check? (No idea where our “waitress” went, since we hadn’t seen her since she brought out our food.) The waitress finally came out with a mobile card reader so we could pay and leave. On there we could choose a tip of 15, 20, or 25%, we asked but still not sure if that was in top of the 20% that the sign stated is automatically applied.
Paid & left. Food wasn’t bad, but not great, and not worth the price. Waitress was inattentive and not great. Bartender was nice and more helpful than the waitress. Would...
Read moreThis was a terrible experience....When you first walk into the door it's no organization, you have severs and bartenders seating people which is suppose to be the hostesses position, next it was confusion about our seating and the young lady who was suppose to be the hostess was having a conversation about whatever in front of customers with a server which is a red flag. Next we get seated at the bar, the young man who served us was wonderful but he wasn't familiar with what a while wing and party wings was, next I ordered a Flirtini and when I got it, there was hair on mydrink, not to mention there was no alcohol in this drink, if there was I couldn't taste it at all. So as I look at the menu, they automatically charge a 20% gratuity tax reguadless of how many people in the bar. I ordered the smoked stuffed shrimp Alfredo turkey leg my day ordered a 8 oz steak burger hold a potato grilled asparagus and fried wings our initial total was $71 and taxes $5.40, but we're automatic gratuity it was $90.74 which none of the food was worth anywhere remotely close to what they're charging now the turkey leg was very good but unfortunately my food came and my dates who came after that and we had to constantly remind the staff of our food being brought to the table at the same time so we can eat at the same time it was a mess the host is never introduced herself all she did was feed Us never checked on us usually the cook comes out says Hi everybody doing or the hostess will say hey can we help you out with anything how was our service none of that was said any of us that was at the bar or see it so unless I'm taking something to go like the turkey which was very good, yes I will not ever go back to...
