Visited this Foghorn's location with my wife and one of her good friends in May 2022 and had a dismal experience..
Let me say that my wife and I have visited this location and other Foghorn's locations (College, near Baum Stadium, and Conway) several times before so our expectations were high..
Between the three of us our bill came to $125 and I voiced my concerns via their website based contact form but never received a response so here goes..
Service.. Our server was attentive at first but after a little while her visits to our table became non-existent.. We were essentially ghosted for a good period of time and we might have even purchased more beverages but weren't given the opportunity to do so.. Most of our beer and margarita glasses and all of our food plates and baskets were left piled on the table and there was no attempt made to pre-bus the table while we were there..
Food Quality.. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was reasonable good.. We ordered a 6-piece boneless wings, which were also reasonably good.. We also ordered a wing and tender platter with fries, which was also reasonably good.. And for appetizers we had the nachos and the cheese curds.. The nachos were reasonably good bud the curds were mainly hollow spheres of breading with little cheese to be found.. And while everything else was reasonably good, none of it was to the level we've come to expect from Foghorn's..
That said, my biggest issue is that the online contact submission went unanswered.. The server's tip was commensurate with the level of service we received (below average) but the lack of corporate response to my initial inquiry just didn't sit well with me..
We hope our next visit to Foghorn's returned us to what we have come to expect after visiting their locations...
Read moreDon't ever go there during lunch if you only have an hour. We went there for lunch today and we stood there for what seemed to be a very long time without anyone even acknowledging that we were there. They weren't even that busy. After we were seated it took a long time for someone to come to the table. When our server finally came to take our drink order we ordered our food at the same time. It took over 25 minutes from the time they took our orders to the time it came to the table and by that time we had to get to go boxes and take it back with us to work. And if you don't plan on leaving a tip because of the lousy service, be sure to hand them exact change or use a card. I gave them cash, she came back and said they don't have any change and would that be alright? I said I guess it would have to be because we had to get back to work. I got the club wrap and it was so salty I could hardly eat it, not to mention there was no dressing on it. Don't waste your time on this place.
I have read owner's response and there is no way we were there at 12:02. We work in Tontitown and did not even leave here until after 12:02. It took us about 12 minutes to get there. Either you have the wrong party or the time stamp on your video is completely wrong. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. Besides my food being salty with no dressing on the wrap, one of us ordered a hamburger and it was raw in the middle. None of the others was impressed with their food, either. This was one of the worst dining experiences we, as a group,...
Read moreThis place was awful. It is truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.
Let me start by saying I had a burger at a different location a few years back and it was fine.
I had boneless wings and they were not cooked properly at all. At least 4 of the 10 I had to rip apart because they were so tough. The cajun dry rub barely had any flavor at all. I'm not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings generally but even they are much better than Foghorn's. I've had better, cheaper wings from Pizza Hut. And at $12 for 10 wings I'm not sure why anyone returns here.
The wings also came out lukewarm. My wife's traditional wings did as well. I'm not sure if they sat for a while or what the deal was there.
I also ordered bacon mac and cheese. It was worse than the wings. I couldn't even eat it. It looked like yellow water covering the macaroni noodles. Walmart brand boxed mac and cheese at least actually tastes like cheese. And they had the nerve to charge $4 for this.
The bathrooms were also among the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant. Absolutely filthy.
The service was good...
