Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe — Restaurant in Springdale

Ordered $38 worth of food and only got half of it. Then when I pulled around I had explained to one of the employees that I only got my sandwiches and not my other 2 items being Mac and cheese and 3 pickles. Each time I told the employee what was wrong and that I just want my missing items, said employee would walk away and come back a minute later and ask me what was wrong again. We did this 3 times until the manager came and did the same thing twice. 5 times at this point have I told them I just want my Mac and cheese and pickles. Now I’m frustrated and just want a refund. The manager then REFUSED to give me a receipt for the voided purchase nor the original receipt. I then went inside and asked again for my receipt where he refused and said he needed the receipt in order to refund me and couldn’t give me a copy. This is absolutely ridiculous and could be considered illegal to withhold a transaction receipt. On top of all of that I got oil and vinegar on my sandwich when I asked for it...

Service was great they answered all my questions. They put romaine lettuce on my sandwich instead of iceberg. I ordered a turkey bacon with provolone. It had lettuce, tomato, mayo, and spicy mustard. My wife had a chicken salad sandwich. We both had the meal with chips and a drink. The chips are the kettle cooked ones. I personally don’t like them much at all. I only ate about a quarter of the bag. We both also got pickles on the side. My wife got a “whole” one and I got a “half” one. Hers was three tiny ones and mine was one tiny one. On top of getting pickles that were no longer than 3” we had to pay extra for them. The name of the place is Pickleman’s and you don’t even get a pickle with your sandwich. My sandwich was a full and it was only 8” and my wife’s was 4”. We also had 3 cookies and the total was $42.84. That’s $21.42 per person for a sandwich meal. It just wasn’t that good. I want to say upfront that I ordered through Uber Eats, but felt the issue is with the restaurant. This was my first time eating at this place. I am traveling and wanted to try a new place. When I received my sandwich I was very disappointed. I paid almost $20 for the most pathetic sandwich I have ever had from a restaurant. Now some of that money was due to using a delivery app and tip, but the sandwich was over $10. It was so bad. Not the taste, but the lack of ingredients. I wish I would have checked the google reviews and not Ubers. And please don’t respond to this review recommending the #11 or asking to add points to a loyalty program. I will never give you my money again. Judging by all the similar experiences and complaints, this is intentional and your company has no plans to change it. I would have been more satisfied with a hot pocket from the hotel lobby....
