I can not seem to understand the complicity of the whole cell service plan stuff, with that being said, This cell service provider is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced I am a young man myself 18 years old so I would say I am quite up to date with tech of the sort. This specific location is ran by a bunch of incompetent teenagers that do not hold any values on customer service and are completely lost on how to do their job. It took me and my father a total of 3 weeks of constant calling and asking questions only to be left with absolutely nothing. We went into the store the other day for the 6th time spent 2 and a half hours transferring and setting up 2 new iPhone 15s wake up this morning to an “sorry can not add e sim call customer care” I am just truly at a loss of words. I came back in September and asked for a quote and they put some numbers down for me and they looked to good to be true, but hey obviously I was not expecting to be so such hassle! They promised I would get $200 back per line for coming from AT&T.. at the end of the check out I was supposed to just pay for the the devices taxes, few minutes later they told me I needed to pay a down payment but I was getting that money back. So far nothing for the lines and I haven’t seen the deposit I paid back in September. In fact on my October bill I was getting over charger and I called customer service and so how it was my fault according their rude customer service(not from the store) from the very beginning is has been a bad deal. They couldn’t print the return labels correctly and I had to push hard so I can turned all the phone before the 30 days.
