Disrespect poorly trained. I would never come here again. Lack of education on there part towards coupon policies. Denial of service based on asking questions. Saying there going to be nice to us and give us a coupon when we told them we have it. But they need to collect it. It doesnt have that on the coupon and we asked prior. Whoever is management lacks the ability to actually manage. The burgers havent been cooked the other two times. Under cooked or frozen disgusting food. Never said anything because we love coming here. Its cheap and we enjoy saving some extra cash. I could never be happier to tell an employee to f off after how rude they were even after my so asked for the food we had no problem paying full price. Lying and saying corporate wants the coupons physically now. When we had no issues using it prior. Savanah the manager needs ro train her employees better. Whoever was at the front had a nasty attitude from the start when we just asked about the coupon. After no one was at the window because both were closed due to cleanings and cones. We are like lets go in. Honestly the only nice one was joselyne. The other lady at the register had no name tag on and refused to give me her name. Absolutely poorly trained. This place has gone through so many shifts being closed many managers coming through. Its really sad. Hope they learn to train staff better on there coupon policy. Dont go here tbh. What do i know? Only grew up in the area and saw this site prior to what was here and how it was built. Was one of the first to come here when it opened. I dont even eat the food here i just wanted to save. Read moreI can’t complain on the app because i don’t have proof of purchase (because the receipt was among the things they forgot), but I came for breakfast where it was not busy at the time i went in drive thru, ordered two meals and an extra side of large hashbrowns—which they forgot— so i parked and came inside to mention something. when i told them i was missing something from our drive thru order they asked “what order” when i had literally just pulled away from the drive thru and back into the lot when i realized what was missing. after further explanation one worker grabbed a thing of hashbrowns off the warmer and, even after making sure it was a large hashbrown before i left, i left the building to see that it was the same size as the medium hashbrown i received in one of the meals. It’s disheartening paying money to eat out and pay the bills of people who don’t want to do their job properly. They knew what they were doing giving me a medium after i clearly said i was missing a large hashbrown, and even clarified the size of the one they gave me after coming in. I hate to complain, because i get people have bad days, but seriously. If you’re going to not believe people when they say they’re missing something from their order, remember to give them a receipt so they can prove it. I came in and was kind and respectful to the workers about this innocent mistake and was greeted with scoffs and looks. And to be given a medium after even asking if it was a large to replace what THEY forgot in the first place? again, to be that way to a paying customer who is being understanding and nice about the issue is...

Did not allow me to ask a question about paying with a debit card that is available via my sons phone she immediately assumed it was Apple Pay and before I could finish my sentence she quickly stated in a monotone voice we don’t take Apple Pay. I paused and said to her you did not let me finish my question she said I know because I’m letting you know we don’t take Apple Pay. Well it’s not Apple Pay ohh well we don’t take anything like that— ok but you should let me ask my question first before you are quick to answer. Savanaaaah then says very sarcastically in a dry tone well do you want to ask your question now…. Ok I ask for the manager then and you know of course she is the manager so I ask for her boss of course she is that too!!! Then again in a very unbothered dry tone with a splash of sarcasm savantttahhj ask do you still want your food. The only reason I still paid is because my son was hungry. I asked for her name she would it give it. I paid for the food, parked and walked in to speak with someone else that had some communication skills!!!
