First let’s talk about cleanliness. The mild salsa and sour cream were piled so high in their deeps that it was seeping out the sides and onto the counter space. Absolutely disgusting. Those deeps should not be filled to the point where there is a mountain of mild salsa on top of it. I shouldn’t see line people pushing salsa into the deep from off the counter. I don’t know the last time you cleaned that counter. The manager acknowledged this issue and proceeded to not fix it or direct anyone to fix it. This is a major Ecosure issue (if I remember correctly) considering deeps aren’t supposed to be filled passed a certain point. The manager ended up making my bowl. I didn’t see him wash his hands before jumping on the line. I said “light mild” and he piled a heaping scoop on top of my bowl. You can’t really take that off once it’s piled on top so I just left it. Maybe next time listen better to your customers or don’t hop on the line. Also, maybe go back and rewatch the training videos. You don’t ask a customer “anything else?” when serving them. It’s blunt and comes off as rude. You lead them through their different salsa options. As for the food itself, disgusting. The fajitas are overcooked and should have been replaced. The lettuce cut sizes are bigger than they should be and are unpleasant to eat. The guacamole is chunky and I bit into some unripe avocado. Read moreThis is the third time this has happened in the past three months. We decided on chipotle for dinner last night. Walk in at 9:18 exactly (closes at 10pm) I walk up there is one scoop of white rice zero brown rice. I see an employee making his food yes I did confirm it was his. With chicken onions and peppers stacked up. No big deal employees should get meals. However I asked for new rice and chicken the young boy behind the counter proceeded to laugh and me and say “this is what he got” and shows three maybe four pieces of chicken. I said well don’t you guys close at 10. “Yup” then laughs again as the employee who just took the last of the chicken proceeds to look up at me giggling. The young boy taking my order just stood there with a grin on his face staring at me like I’m supposed to have an answer. I said “well I guess I’ll go somewhere else” his response? “Good”. Mean while all the chairs in the restaurant were up on table but all the food was empty almost 45 minutes before you close. I ordered online and payed almost 18 dollars for one bowl , that bowl was ordered to get fajitas vegetables, which it did not come with and once I opened the bowl it was not even haft full so I payed 18 dollar for something that I didn't get what I wanted.and it was not up to quality not to mention I got it ice.cold .
