Dunkin' — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I wanted to order a small cup of milk for my baby, who was in my arms at the time of order, and the staff told me they "couldn't" do that. All they had in the cooler was chocolate and strawberry milk, which I'm not going to give a baby, AND I was willing to pay for the sugary Nesquick in order to get a small cup of white milk. I was willing to pay whatever cost, but still they "couldn't" (hard eyeroll)... This is why we go to Starbucks. Not only is their coffee better, but if I tried to order milk, not only would they have done it, but if it was for a baby, it probably would have been free. This morning I walked in and placed order for Bagel cream cheese and Medium Hot coffee. After placing order I have been waiting, employee made coffee and left on the pick up counter without saying anything. Also took long time preparing food as they training someone new and left on the pick up counter without saying order number or by calling food order. When I asked is food ready? there was a white tall guy he grabbed the packet and and asked what was the order . When he confirmed that is my food then he started yelling on me saying you got the food now leave wow !! and saying bad word again and again. If these peoples start their day serving others miserable way then how they expect their day to be a nice one?? Worse Dunkin store...

I have 4 Dunkins by my house that i can stop at. I drive 15-20 minutes to go to this location in Springfield. Ironically, this dunkin is directly across the street from where I work. They get very busy during peak hours but they take the time with each drink to make sure it is right. I have never had a problem with my coffee or how it came out with them. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. Since I go there every shift, I get greeted with eye smiles since they still require masks, but I can see the warm friendly welcome as soon as I walk in.
