McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I've lived by this horrible McDonalds all my life and can't recall a time that it's ever been very good at all. The drive through has always had a history of pulling people to the side for long waits just to keep their service clock moving, and the food is subpar even for McDonalds low standards.

The last time I was there, I gave one last ditch attempt for drive through just for Saturday morning coffee and a McGriddle, to which of course they pull me over to the side. I waited for over 20 minutes (Not even exaggerating), had finally had enough and went in angrily. They gave me some malarkey excuse in half trying to blame me somehow and still took a few more minutes even to appease an angry customer.

Can't remember if on this same encounter, but I was inside waiting on whatever I had ordered, and some goofy kid was playing with the candy that goes on the McBlizzards. I looked at the shift manager like: You really condone this sort of behaviour and right in front of annoyed customers?

With all of this said, this has got to be THE WORST McDonalds on the planet, and would advise everyone to steer clear of this location on all costs. I've driven out of my way to E. Market St location instead of this one that's within a mile of my...

Pretty Bad experience here. Actually the food was okay - but the fries were cold. But here's the problem. It was a saturday night 9:44 PM. We had to wait a long time for 2 quarter pounders. Many people were waiting for orders. There was NO syrup in the Diet Coke. I mentioned it to the cleanup person, and they nodded knowingly. When we ordered, they gave us a Locator with the # 60 on it. We waited and waited ... until I just barely overheard someone mentioning quarter pounder w/ apple pies. I waited a little longer, expecting them to use the locator and bring it, but finally went up to the counter, and a bag was sitting there. I said "what's the order number" trying to verify it was my food. She said with a distinct angry attitude : "I called it out before". I was then wondering what the locator was even for ... anyway ... I needed to edit my post because i noticed all the "local guides" give this place a great review ... who are they anyway? Looks...

I never write reviews I go to this mcdonald's on canton rd For the last 5 and a 1/2 years. Anytime you want something extra? You have to pay for it which I understand but when you get a A nice young lady at the drive-through and ask for a little extra because I paid for it. The manager snatches it out of her hand and and shows the most disrespect. I have ever seen towards a young employee and you wonder why They don't wanna work at fast food restaurants that manager should think if she has kids. Would you like that if somebody did that to your kid? Such disrespect the manager should be ashamed of themselves. And to the nice young lady in the driveway. Keep your head up.
