McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I hardly eat McDonald's but I had to ran to Grove City for an errand so I stopped at McDonald's my husband and got a quarter pounder with cheese for me too. Well I guess they wanted me to have an extra amount of fiber in my burger. How do you put cheese on and not realize there is a burger wrapper on your burger? Spoke to the manager felt like I was getting blown off. They might send me coupons or might not. No McDonald's for me should have said NO for myself. Took several photos so that people can see the paper. When I started to eat my Quarter Pounder with cheese, I noticed something chewy. I took the sandwich apart and found the paper was still stuck to the meat. I had already eaten a portion of my sandwich. Needless to say, I was mortified! I immediately called the store and asked to speak with the manager. She seemed very dismissive. She offered to replace the burger if I brought it back...which was not feasible as I was already home and 45 minutes from the restaurant. She took my name and information and said "I will forward this to corporate and they might send you coupons or something". Then she thanked me and hung up the phone. So not only was my lunch ruined and worried about actually ingesting the paper wrapper from the meat, but now this manager treated me like she was too busy to handle my concerns. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am sure the locals would love to hear about how their McDonald's treats their customers as well as the way they serve their food. This is the worst McDonald’s I ever been too. We eat out more than we should do to our busy schedules and we go to this location often. It does not matter what time of the day we go here it’s TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! They forget things in my order CONSTANTLY, they NEVER NEVER NEVER say thank you, the last time I was here they handed me a over stuffed bag that was ripped and didn’t speak at all just had their hand out the window. I said “ oh that bag is ripped” she just looked at me and never moved thankfully it didn’t completely rip apart while she was holding it. I actually would of preferred it then maybe I would of had hot food cause they would of had to remake it. Another time I was in drive thru and got home and there was no meat on my Big Mac REALLY!!! When I called they pretty much assumed I was lying. Another time I was there and my sons 2 McDoubles had 4 bottoms of burger buns no tops just all bottoms. I don’t know what it is with this location but they need to close it down and turn it into something else with a entire new staff. Got there a few minutes before open, I didn’t expect an answer till they opened but instead of saying something they ignored me for 15 minutes and when I called their phone they told me the system was down due to a storm the night before which is understandable but maybe tell the person in your drive through instead of just ignoring them. I worked at a McDonald’s for 3 years when I was younger and if anything prevented us from taking someone’s order first step was to always apologize for the wait tell them what’s wrong and how long until it should be fixed.
