Did call ahead, stated 'No Wait'. Walked in door, told there was a 15 minute wait. 3/4 of restaurant is empty... - lets see how the Service at the table and food is... - Not a good start... Good thing I'm not a Food or Restaurant Critic... It was disapointing; A group of 5 arrived after us... they were seated B4 us... Y? When we were called - the web site still stated ' No Wait', but upon approaching the Hostess Desk, I overheard her on the phone saying there was a 20-25 minute wait. Patrick, our server, was on the spot. - took order & had our Non-alcholic drinks to us in less then 2 min. - appitizer arrived at 5 min mark. -Texas Tonion, delicious! - 13 minutes to get my Rum & Coke.... - 25 min to receive meal.. not bad on that time. Steaks were very good. W/o Yes opinion: Checking out was slow. We were waiting with no drinks for check & boxes to go, it is as bad to wait to leave as it is waiting to get in a restaurant. Patrick the server was going to save our dinner experience, but Patrick is over worked, as we all are, and cannot split himself anymore than he is ! I'll send the receipt info as requested.

I visited this restaurant on the evening of April 12, 2021. The wait time was not bad. We were seated in about 15 minutes. It took the waiter a long time to take our drink orders and it took a long time for our drinks to be served. I ordered the salmon with sweet potato and a salad. The food took a long time to come and once it did the salmon was burnt. The sweet potato that I ordered was not brought out with the rest of our food. We had to get a different waiter's attention to address the issue. I was told they did not have sweet potatoes. I was offered a different side. Our waiter was very inattentive for most of the evening. It even took a long time for him to bring the check. If it wasn't for one of the waitresses lightening the mood I would have left angry. Overall, I feel like the waiter made the experience worst than it needed to be. It's not the first time a restaurant over-cooked my food. However, when you over-cook my food, you don't acknowledge it, you fail to tell me that you don't have the side I want, and you have bad service, it makes it hard for me to enjoy my evening.

I was talking to one of my coworkers today about cooking steak for dinner. He suggested take out from Longhorn steak house in Springfield, Pa. I never had it before so we decided to give it a try. I never really cared for take out food because every time we do, you're either missing something or it’s cold. As soon as I got home my family placed an online order, which was super convenient, the menu was super organized. Also, There was a large variety to choose from. I got a steak with a loaded baked potato and a salad with blu cheese (I came home and a side of spinach to go with it.) My mom got fried shrimp with a baked potato and macaroni and cheese. My three year old, who is a picky eater, ate every bite of my mom's macaroni. The food was still warm when I got home, also it was cooked to perfection. Much to my surprise even the bread was still hot! I wish I had better pictures but I couldn’t wait to enjoy it! I will keep this restaurant in mind when my company needs catering for our luncheons.

Thank you for reaching out. I am unable to provide you with a receipt number but I can tell you the date and time in which I visited as well as what we ordered.

Monday, May 3, 2021 during the 2pm hour.

Upon initially walking in we could see what appeared to be the manager, she was a fair skin heavier woman with a consistent cough directing workers to do various task. There was no hostess. The instructed a female staff who clearly had itema to be delivered to a table to seat us. With the items in her hand she said I will be wright with you. We, my boyfriend and I, could see another table stop her. Asking to be served, as they wanted to place thwir order and she told them she would be getting someone to assist them. She went back to the woman I assumed was the manager as she sat and told her she needed help. The resturant practiced safe distancing. I could see 3 other tables/booths dining and while sitting there were 2 more groups that came in. The young lady went to take the order of the table and a gentleman sat us. He later came and took our order for beverages. The young lady brought is bread. It appeared these were the only two servers. I could hear tables saying "excuse me" I could hear converstaions anout the lack of service and request for help. All the while by the bar at a high top I can see who I assumed to be the manager. I could hear her complain about someone not answering the phone or not serving guest fast enough but she never once assisted. Maybe it was because of her disgusting cough. I just say I looked disgustedly at her as she coughed because she truly should not have been at work. Her mask did not completely cover her face. As an employee she should have stepped in and provided help and if she was unable to do so she should not have been there. We were there over an hour. So I assume she wasnt on break. If she was on break she shouldnt have been where she was without being of assistance. I ordered the lunch special, a loaded potatoe and strawberey salad. My boyfriend had the 6 oz filet steak rare, loaded potatoe and asparagus. The young lady brought our food out. The gentleman came and checked on us and I wold him my salad lacked dressing. I heard him tell the young lady to get it as he passed her. She came and confirmed which dressing I wanted as she delivered food to another table. I ate my potatoe. She passed and I stopped her because I still didnt have dressing. She apologized. She brought the dressing out. About 20 minutes passed. No one came back. We called out for service and the young lady said she would be right with us. She again went to the woman who appeared to be the manager she sent her to deal with another table. The gentleman asked if we were ready for dessert we declined and asked for the check. He came back with the check. After he sat 2 more tables and 2 tables left. I could see him trying to clean up going back and forth to the kitchen as this woman sat. We paid in cash. He took the receipt which is why I don't have the information. He never returned with change after 15 minutes. It was raining. My boyfriend went to get the car and take a call. I waited 5 more minutes. He hadn't come back with change, to clear the table, I didn't see anyone for 20 minutes. I will say the food was good. The service made me not want to return. I have a giftcard. I will be regifting it as the good food wasnt worth...

Went in about 6 last night (Thursday) . The restaurant was pretty empty two people at the bar area and about 6 tables were in use. We were seated right away at a table , asked if we could sit in a booth the hostess said yea we could but we would have to wait about 15-20 minutes more . We took the table because we were hungry. Not sure why it would have been such a longer wait, the place was pretty much empty. Our waitress Katrina, came over promptly to take our order. Ordered two beers and the shrimp appetizer. Ten minutes later my beer came out, my husbands was on the way she said . After 10 more minutes his beer arrived, she said they had to change a tap that's why it was a 20 minute wait. When she brought his beer we ordered our steaks and sides. About 12 minutes after that our appetizer arrived. it was a generous portion and no complaints with that. Now its 15 minutes after the appetizer , Katrina walks past and we ask her for two more beers, right away she says. After another 10 minutes two different people bring out our dinners,( minus the salads) place them down and go to walk away. I asked for steak sauce, he said coming right up. After waiting another few minutes we can't find our waitress anywhere and no steak sauce in sight we begin eating. SO now we are almost completely through our dinner , no beers , no salad and no steak sauce. Katrina finally shows up and says I'm so sorry they just put out your salads , do you want them to go? Really? The I said what about the beers we ordered before dinner ? She said oh they never brought them to you ? Nope never got them our salads or the steak sauce. She had the 80 dollar bill all ready though and sat it on the table , and we never saw her again. I don't usually write reviews and I understand that people/kitchens have off nights every now and then. That being said there was literally maybe 15 guests in the restaurant so I don't know how they could have been overwhelmed or under staffed. Also looking back she never stopped by to ask how our appetizer or dinner was. She didn't even ask if we wanted anything else or dessert. Which may have been a good thing in hindsight, we were unable to get beers and salads, so perhaps dessert would have been out of reach .My filet was pretty good , my husbands steak was overcooked but not inedible. It was the first time we were there, it will most likely be the last. The service was pretty bad, I wanted to speak with the manager but honestly it was hard enough locating our server, everyone would disappear after dropping things off...

Last night we went to have birthday dinner for my husband. As we went in, we were going to our table, it seemed like the original waiter had too many tables and another waiter helped our table. I could see it see the interaction when the hostess brought us to the table and he verbally said something to the hostess. The waiter who came to our table was full of energy and welcoming but then we asks for drinks and he said he would be back with lemon for waters, did not return with them. Brought us bread asked for utensils twice. Did not get any. Food was brought out after a pretty long wait. Asked for utensils again and said the hostess normally brings them though we asked another staffer and he mentioned that they were being cleaned in the kitchen. Did not get utensils until plates were on the table and we had to ask again. I ordered the burger with no cheese or bacon. Burger came out with cheese and bacon and an underbaked sweet potato which at the point the burger came back with the bacon removed and cheese scraped off, I did not ask for the potato to be baked more. I knew I would just take home and heat up as left overs. The reason why we came was for the steak for my husband. He took a bite and it was barely warm. Again we had to have wait a long time that my husband had to walk up to another staffer to see if the waiter could come back to table. The waiter took back to reheat and once returned it was good. My daughters meal comes with sauce and we had to ask for the sauce that came with it and the blame went to the kitchen. If you like salt, items seemed to have a higher salt factor. What made the time well spent was spending time with my family, The food was mediocre, and the staff either is short or need a bit more training with customer service regarding details of food as they are serving. I have never sent back food or asked a waiter for items as much as I did last night. I rarely if ever write reviews but felt like I needed to. My hope is that someone will see this and check to see what is impacting...
