I am absolutely APPALLED at how the manager spoke to me. Called me a liar and said he wasn't going to waste his time talking to me to figure things out. I ordered online and accidentally placed the order for an hour later than I wanted. Realized this once we got there. I sent my son in and he waited over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge him. All they asked was order name and he explained that we would like to have them make the order now if possible. They said they would work on it as soon as they could. I called my son several times cause I could see him through the windows. Another 10 minutes go by and again, no acknowledgement. I call the store and the guy tells me he will get a manager. Hangs up after 5 minutes on hold. I call my son and tell him to cancel the order. He tells me that they haven't talked to him anymore. Its been over 30 minutes at this point. I call in. Ask to speak to manager. He was actually the one who answered. I started to explain what was going on. He tells me he knows. Calls me a liar and tells me what I'm saying isn't true. He tells me they are short handed. I tell him I understand but 30 minutes is too long for anyone to wait to know what is going on. He tells me that he sees my blowing up my sons phone and that my son should be frustrated with me. Excuse me, I can call my kid as much as I want to see whats going on. I paid for the food! FYI...I called my son 3 times as I could see him just standing there. Manager tells me he isn't going to argue with me about it. I agree politely but am SHOCKED he is talking to me this way. I tell him to cancel the order and make sure I get a refund as once before they messed up an order and I never got my money back. Apparently after we hung up he was telling everyone inside that its not his fault I placed my order at the wrong time. Yes, he is correct about that. All they needed to do was Interact with my son and let him know they couldn't do it right then and we would have canceled the order. He is an absolute disgrace as a manager and I surely hope he gets reprimanded and some training on how to speak to PAYING customers. My family will NEVER return to that location and an email to Corporate...
Read moreOkay - I am definitely a review reader. After reading the reviews, I thought, maybe I should get Johnny J’s instead ….. I am SO glad I didn’t! We had a late night order, my husband picked it up around 10:45, which was the original time promised. 30 extra crispy wings and some celery with honey mustard. He drove 8 minutes back home, and the food was still hot! We tried 10 Louisiana Dry Rub, 10 regular hot, and 10 Hickory Smoked BBQ. They were ALL amazing. The perfect amount of crispy, the perfect amount of sauce. Delicious! Seeing poor reviews because of wing size, etc. is bogus. Are these huge wings? No. But with the poultry shortages, and ridiculous inflation, you’re not getting big wings for $.50 anymore, like you used to! Times change, adapt! My husband said the counter kid looked young, but he was polite and helpful. He said there was a guy maybe mid 30’s that was basically running the show. A couple other workers who seemed attentive. I never leave reviews, but we were extremely satisfied with the food and service that we received. Maybe there’s two different managers, and they run things differently? Maybe we just got lucky? Read moreI am going to be generous and give 2 stars. Only because the 2 kids behind the counter were very kind to me. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food. I got Home and HALF MY ORDER WAS MISSING. I immediately called and was on hold for 5plus minutes. Finally when the guy Answered he said ok just come get your wings or you can talk to the GM tomorrow. I had already started eat What I had and told him. He said that was ok..HERES WHERE IT GETS WEIRD. I wait 30 minutes go up to pick up the 20 wings they forgot and the girl manager says...we need you to bring the ENTIRE ORDER BACK OR WE CANT DO ANYTHING...OK...so I run home get my ORDER minus 5 wings I ate because I was hungry. Take it back up and when I walk in she walks back grabs a pizza box and goes in the back...ignoring her staff. The two young men working were really cool and had no issue replacing my order...he told me the manager had a bad day (clearly) . I get it I did jobs like this for 30 years...but this was ridiculous. On a good note my food was great both times but I think until they get new management I won't...
