First time visiting. We entered and there was no host or sign telling us to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We waited. A waitress told us someone would be coming. She had to find a table to clean. We ordered immediately and she didn't write the order down. We waited, and waited and waited for our food. When it came my husband was given the wrong food, the chicken and burger wasn't hot. We asked 2 people for ketchup and they both forgot it. We grabbed some off another table. We ordered our 2nd round of chicken and it took forever. We never got drink refills. We decided to just take our 2nd round (of all u can eat.) I was only given this much chicken the 2nd time. I just left the fries. We had to hunt down our waitress only to be told we had to wait for our ticket to pay. Then we waited and waited. My husband asked for a manager and he didn't come around. He had to go find him. The whole process was long and annoying. Hope I don't get sick from their food. 🤢

Maybe they are just having trouble getting everything figured out since they are new but the experience was a bit frustrating. We had to ask for silverware after being served. I got crab legs. It was dry and overcooked to the point of looking and feeling like wood in the smaller parts of the legs. It actually snapped and splintered like wood. The manager was very nice and accommodating and brought me out a new plate. It was much better but only the large parts of the legs were edible. It took me 3 requests to get a crab cracker and butter was semisolid at that point. My daughter had a filet mignon and it had a large amount of chunky fat and gristle. She didn't want to complain since I had just complained about the crab. Now my friend had baby back ribs and she said they were very good. I guess if you go there, bring your own silverware, get ribs, and stay away from the crab and filet mignon.

This is an awesome place to eat. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun and the prices couldn't be better. Amanda was our server and she was great. She asked several times if our food was ok and if we needed anything. She was very friendly and fun loving. I ordered their ribs. They were the best I've ever had and so tender you could cut them with a fork. I also had a very merry daiquiri. It was awesome and only cost $5. I'll definitely be going back there soon. I revisited on January 28th of 2024. I especially requested Amanda N. as my server because she did such an awesome job the last time I was here. And she did a great job this time as well. I had the all you can eat shrimp, riblets and chicken wings. They were all great. This is my go to place for great food, awesome service and a relaxed atmosphere.

I went in and ordered the 'loaded' shrimp fajitas. When they arrived they looked sad and bland and there was no cheese. When the server came back with the missing cheese and I finally was able to eat, and the entire entre was undercooked. The onions and peppers were warm and basically raw. The rice was burning on the skillet and when I explained this to the wonderful waitress she went to get me another one made and apologized. I was then greeted by the manager and he told me that they make their fajitas in a bulk and the next ones would be the same (as in they've been serving undercooked food to multiple people) What I don't understand is why couldn't they recook them longer? And why is my food not cooked fresh? How do they warm them up? The though of this repulsed me and made me wonder what else isn't made fresh and just reheated.

He did ask if I wanted anything else, but at this point I'm so annoyed by his lack of trying to fix something that is obviously wrong that I don't want anything else and my appetite quickly went out the door at the thought of my food not being prepared fresh at a restaurant. He then came back and told me he took them off my bill since I didn't like them. (Like he did me a favor and I would still have to pay for undercooked food I took one bite and that they threw out, if he didn't) the waitress tried making up for his lack of help, but her hands were tied. I appreciate her trying and hope she will get a better manager. Also this happened around 9pm, so it's not like they were too busy to remake...

FYI: If you show up to a restaurant and there are no cars in the lot something must be wrong with the establishment. My family and I didn’t realize that until after we sat down and ordered.

Went here yesterday with family. I had the all you can eat shrimp, riblets, boneless wings. When the waitress brought my shrimp plate she asked if I was ready for my next entree. I was saying to myself: let me finish my first plate then go from there geez… Then she brings me my next plate, 2 reheated in the microwave riblets on a 5” plate, and fries on separate 5” plate no coleslaw. By the way the coleslaw tasted like cabbage and carrots ONLY no sauce in it 🤢 it was very dry looking. Once she brought that plate out then she asked me for the next entree omg I’m not done with the shrimp yet. I said fine bring me the boneless wings for the 3rd entree. Also, the boneless wings were the ONLY thing served NO FRIES because it’s part of their “all you can eat package “ you don’t get fries with the 3rd entree…and you don’t get dry coleslaw with the 2nd and 3rd entree.

Even though I did not eat everything, I do feel like the All You Can Eat is a ripoff.

Also the Plates were clearly dirty and silverware were clearly dirty as well.

This location will probably be next closing down. I wouldn’t doubt not one bit. You have workers in the company that clearly doesn’t care and that’s where the problem lies.

I will NOT be returning to this...

I’ll start by saying that I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I know every place has a bad moment or two and they shouldn’t be judged by one bad thing… but as a family of six who spent their first meal of vacation here, we were thoroughly disappointed. This location is filthy. Our table was so sticky that my shirt clung to the edge after leaning into it. The photos on the wall had greasy finger smudges all over them from where it appeared numerous kids rubbed their food covered hands on them. The wall behind me had splashes of food from was seemed to be the same thing?

Then, the soda was very diluted. Our server said the manager went to the store and would come back to fix the syrup soon and offered waters until then. That was nice of her. We didn’t receive our fixed beverages until ten minutes into eating our meals. I don’t think this was our servers fault though. She kept apologizing saying that her manager should be back soon and that the manager is the one to know how to fix it.

We also had spinach artichoke dip and it was watery and gave me the impression it was old or frozen ages ago to be heated for our dinner. Plus they gave us enough chips for like one person.

All staff that we came in contact with - hostess, server, food runners - were extremely kind and sweet to us and our kids, but I couldn’t wait to get out of here. My skin...
