Wow! Wow! Wow! Almost hesitate to rave about this NEW hidden gem, but want the restaurant to succeed so it's open when I return to Springfield. My avocado salad was extremely generous and fresh. Hubby's burrito was top-notch. SAUCES yummy and presentation enticing. TIP: The sides are ala cart but reasonably priced. Basket of chips + salsa complimentary. Iced tea TASTY. ALSO kids menu available. AND lower prices for lunch specials Service was FAST. Note: it was not crowded at the time we were there, (about 3:30pm on a Friday) yet staff was not lazing around = they were appropriately ATTENTIVE, i.e., drink refills and request for more salsa. OF NOTE: Interior design = tables, chairs, booths wall paintings, and a lovely HUGE wall muiral were all very nice.

Provides a very nice atmosphere and decor,very clean environment. Requesting Amelia is highly recommended, as she consistently provides exceptional customer service, treating everyone with a welcoming demeanor. Her service is a 10 out of 10. In the post Covid era,it’s rare to come across good customer service anymore. I highly recommend indulging in a margarita and enjoy the experience, as I do on every visit. Prob one of my best experiences at a restaurant this year. Place was clean floor still barely wet from a fresh mop.decoration and ambiance was great. Staff super friendly and man they don't let ubwait for nothing was constantly checked on which never happens when eating alone as most places and waitress tend to forget about u. Food was great and huge portions. Biggest complaint to full from meal to try a dessert. Ordered the charro fajita plate.

Stopped in for late lunch (mid-afternoon). We were the only customers. Beautiful restaurant. Very clean. The food and service were both top notch. The drink special was any flavor small margarita for $3.50 so I had a traditional one. It was NOT small but it was delicious. What a bargain. We’ll be back-unfortunately we live on the other side of Springfield.

Just had the BEST dinner at Charro tonight! This was our first visit but it won't be the last!! Our server, Jesus, was prompt and friendly - outstanding service all the way through our visit. The ambiance and décor were welcoming and made us feel like we'd stepped into an old-world hacienda. The food, though... sooo delicious!!!
