Get more bathrooms. The lines are absolutely ridiculous. You guys have enough money to add on and do some renovations to better accommodate your paying guests. If not, then don't sell as many tickets.
Better communicate start times. If you say it starts at 7, then start at 7. If you don't want to start the first band until 9, then at least say 8:30.
There were SEVERAL people of whom I saw this past Saturday that needed cut off. I pointed one out to a bouncer and he just let her walk on by, and continue to disrupt others. No matter where you are, you have a good view of the stage. As busy as they were, we never waited more than 3 minutes for a good STRONG drink. The acoustics in the place are mediocre, and it is 100% standing room only.
