I love the food it's always good. I try to have decency to call in any order that I have wether it being three entrees or three egg rolls. Yesterday that's what I did. I called in to pick up three egg rolls. After the phone rang eight times this I told her I just wanted to order the egg rolls. The extremely rude woman said "three egg rolls" sounding rude and irritated and hung up on me. She didn't say anything else. Then I get there to pick them up she says the price so rude and fast that I couldn't understand her. Just completely rude. To the miserable woman, I hope you have a better attitude towards your customers in the future because nobody deserves your attitude. Very friendly staff. But the food was horrible! The egg rolls are filled with cabbage only. I had the chicken curry which is supposed to be spicy. It wasn't! The chicken and sauce were grey. That is a warning to begin with. The fried rice is flavorless. My wife had the sweet and sour chicken. We both thought it tasted like frozen chicken, flavorless as well. Neither of us finished our food and put it in the trash. Most oriental food has a good mixture of spices, and vegetables. This place does not. Love this place and the other location in Springfield!! I originally came here for the sushi burritos, and those are amazing if you love sushi. My favorite is the Dynamite!! Today I tried a lunch combo for the first time that wasn’t sushi and was thoroughly impressed with the Chicken Karaage. The meat is super juicy and tender and just about melts in your mouth and the coating is so light and crispy!! And at about $11 for the full plate of food and a drink it’s a great deal.
