01-16-24: food missing in online order.

Why is it every time we go here it gets worse? The people that work here always seem to be nice and have a smile but what good is a smile if we order food for 6 or 7 people and pick it up and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have to drive back 15 minutes to pick up food they forgot? We work shift work and have limited options at night and always seem to try to keep coming here just hoping it will be right this time...once again they prove us wrong. Only when we ask them to physically open every order in front of us to confirm everything is there is it right....that seriously isn't feasible most times and honestly should be completely unnecessary for us to do as it should be right when it's handed to us. I'm sure we'll be going back because honestly when you only have 5 or 6 places to go in the late evening you take that risk for something new, but COME ON BWW, prove this review wrong and get your people to make sure people get the food they pay good money for the first time.

Went down to 4-star review: Why are you not doing amazing anymore? Our orders have been messed up the last few times and we've even shown up and our food wasn't started after 30 minutes. Probably worthy of 3-stars now but you're getting the benefit of the doubt you'll make it better soon!

I have never had good service. So it's been a year since I have been so thought me and wife and friends would try it again. I should have knew better. Service was horrible sat down at are table took 15 mins before a waitress came to are table there was 5 waitress up at the bar all taking not helping anyone and they seen us sit down. So we finally got are drinks and she went back over to her group and took 20mins for her to come over and get are order mean while we ran out of drinks. We didnt see are waitresse again till we were done and needed are checks and that seemed to take awhile to get that. Some guy brought are food out to us witch I was glad because I knew are waitresse was going to. Someone from are table had to get up and go up to the bar to get us more drinks and napkins and had to go ask someone for the sauces that we were missing. Just was upsetting that the waitresses just wanted to stand up at the bar in a group and not work their tables. We weren't the only group who wasnt getting waited on I was watching other customers walk over to the group of waitresses also. are orders weren't right and I didnt care that the waitresses where all smoking their vape pins and the customers aren't aloud to smoke in the restaurant. Will not be returning. Figure I would give him another shot should have...

I went on a quiet Sunday with my family. The restaurant was minimally occupied with approximately 10 people in it.

We didn't wait and service was fast. from the time we ordered to having appetizers and main courses was approximately 10 to 12 minutes. The server was nice, so no complaints there.

My only issue was the food quality. My wife and I ordered wings, with my in-laws ordering tacos and a burger. My wings were the sauce covered kind, however sauce was only present on maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of each wing at most. The brisket tacos were absolutely flavorless, and slightly overcooked enough to be annoying. None of the food was bad, it's just for that many calories you have much better options.

Price wise it is what you would expect, for adults and a toddler eating for approximately $60 (including appetizer soft drinks for everyone). They were was nothing particularly bad about it, just the food was super bland for the...
