Not a fan at all. I ordered an item with chicken; it came out with shrimp instead. I immediately pointed out the error to the server right after the food was delivered. She apologized and said she rang it wrong.

Okay; not a big deal. I was a server for years; mistakes happen once in a while. I'm not a big fan of shrimp, but it's tolerable. I was on a trip and had too little time for them to remake the dish correctly.

However, when the bill came, I was upcharged for the shrimp - which I didn't want, didn't order, and didn't particularly like. The server had been made aware immediately, and this should have been fixed before the check was presented. But that's not really the irritating thing.

The server then had to take the ticket to the manager, owner, or whoever it was behind the counter that was clearly in charge. As the server is telling her what happened, the person starts giving me suspicious looks and is clearly irritated. She acted like I was trying to cheat her out of the shrimp I didn't order. She did adjust the check, but what's up with the looks? I didn't do anything, and I'm not paying extra because the server rang it wrong.

The food was not good either. The meat was very little, the portion overall was small, and the food was basically just a plain stir fry of some vegetables with the little meat. The sauce was scarce and lacking flavor. I had also ordered the vegetable spring rolls; they were bland.

I love Thai food and eat it often, but this food was majorly disappointing. I wish I had tried a different...

Springfield is my home town but I live half the year in Thailand for almost 10 years now because I have an office there. I had never looked for Thai food in Springfield until now.

This place appears to be a JOKE. My rating says "1" only because there are no "Zeros".

Example; ....... I ordered some Sate Chicken. It was so bad I told them to throw it in the trash. I would NOT eat it. The chicken strips were simply lightly battered and deep fried. NO SATE SEASONING what so ever. In fact, there was no seasoning at all in them or on them. In addition, they were not even fully cooked.

Then we come to the traditionally accompanied "Peanut Sauce". Yeah right! Absolutely flavorless. It appeared to be simply watered-down unsweetened peanut butter. And a cheap brand at that. HORRIBLE!!!

I told them they should be ashamed to even serve that crap.

I will NEVER go back because I now do not trust them on anything.

WOW.......What a pathetic example of Thai or even good...

Ok I got this stuff via door dash it was here very fast so fast I was a little suspicious. I got what they called panang which wasn't. First off it was thickened with flour like a gravy pretty sure it has no trace of coconut milk. Panang is basically sweetened red curry this wasn't that. It was a poor try to make red curry. I also got Tom yum. Oh boy really? Limes in a Thai soup is not Tom yum. I could find no trace of lemon grass in it. It was close but certainly not Thai but it was sour. My Thai buddy that owns his own place would cringe at what I got. Sorry folks but a menu that large is usually not what they claim. In this case that is in fact the case. I couldn't eat it sadly. If you like it that's fine, but what I got I wouldn't call Thai food. Will clean this up on my computer I hate...

many people wrote great review but I can only agree with one thing. This place is clean, responsive, and quick service. If you are looking for quick bite to eat some Asian food this maybe it Though it is supposed to be Thai resaturant it is fusion of Thai and chinese with extremely tailored to American taste. I had ordered Pad Thai and very unusal it come with Chinese sweet and sour sauce. The vegetable soup is too sweet. Thai food generally is spicy and no hint of that in any of our dishes. Again this place is tailored toward American who want to explore Asian food. I would recommend it to those. I will not recommend to anyone looking for authentic thai food.

A solid option on the North Dirksen strip. Nothing fancy, but a simple and comfortable stop, whether passing by on I-55 or from anywhere in the Springfield area. Very much a family run restaurant feel with attentive service. Food is fresh and pretty simple. Appetizer soup was a good-sized portion and served very hot (nice on a cold damp evening). The salmon was good but swimming in too much sweet chili garlic sauce for me. The sauce overpowered everything else in the dish. Dine in or carry out.
