Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Springfield

I use to work for Carl's Jr... The one on gateway. The entire time I was there which was almost a year the store had at least 3 to 5 different managers. The place is nasty and most the staff are unbelievably rude, I was taken off the schedule for weeks after taking a doctors note in for 2 days for having a virus that could get others sick, I had torn my legiment on my left foot and I had been going to school in a brace wearing nothing but sandals or slippers since I wasn't able to wear regular shoes, the manager ACTUALLY asked coworkers who I went to school with to watch to see if I was faking my injury EVEN AFTER taking a doctors note in .I have a chronic kidney disease and i have to get chemotherapy and I told the manager two months before and 3 days before my treatmeant I wouldn't be able to work that day and scheduled me for it anyways and then tried giving me a write up for not calling in. I was told i was an unreliable employee and made too many excuses. The manager tried serving Rotten chicken for chicken tenders and got mad when we threw the raw rotten chicken away. The smell was so bad it made the entire kitchen smell bad and he wanted to serve that. He allows his shift leaders to take advantage of other employees and mistreat them. I was told by a shift leader to stop acting stupid or I'm getting sent home over something I didn't know how to do. I put my two weeks in after requesting a promotion and being told I was an unreliable employee, after I put my two weeks in the manager then told me I could be a shift leader if I and only if I stayed with Carl's Jr. The rest of the employees started mistreating me and my friends and stopped taking my orders over and over until I eventually stopped going to that one.

Besides the bad. I feel a few employees who work there dont get enough credit. Alleah, Ranoldo, Dawn, Harry, Nora, and Sabrina are all amazing hare workers and deserve a lot better than...

I stopped in today to get my son a quick meal as we are getting ready to leave town tonight and I am trying to get everything together. I placed my order at around 2:05 pm. I was asked to pull around front as the chicken stars would be a minute. So I pulled around and waited...and waited...and waited. I had thought about going in and enquiring but figured that I was perceiving time moving faster than it was and thought to give it a few more minutes. A cars pulled up on either side of me and pretty soon the young lady who took my order brought out two hand breaded chicken sandwichs for one of the cars. That sent alarms going off in my head that something was off. I asked her when my chicken stars would be done and she was shocked. She knew how long I had been there as she had taken my order. She went in to check and found out that my order was bumped, she let me know it would be just a minute and that they would add in some cookies. I know that she felt bad that was very clear and while I am not angry I am frustrated that on a day that I didn't have extra time, I lost an entire 25 mins. My food was finally given to me at 2:30. Hopefully this is addressed and they figured out how it happened so that it doesn't...

I’m not someone to usually complain about things, but this has been a consistent thing every time I come to this location.

I usually come here for lunch on my lunch breaks when I want to have a burger. The first issue I had was when I ordered the spicy western. I had asked for no jalapeño but add extra cheese. Although they had done that correctly, they for some reason put pickles on it (the western is one of my favorites and never had pickles put on it.

After that first incident, I had asked the employee if pickles are normally put on the western. They person looked at me confused and said no so I had let them know that there was pickles put on it for some reason last time. Again, no jalapeno, extra cheese. This time they had ignored the changes so there was jalapeno on the sandwich.

Finally I decided to try something different and got the guacamole bacon burger. Had asked for no lettuce, no onion, sub the San fe sauce for mayo. When I had opened the wrapper, the burger was slathered with mayo, a bunch of lettuce, and onion after the burger.

I don’t know if this is a common occurrence with others but it truly bothers me that accommodations on food are not...
