I love near here so I go frequently. I was really excited when they started mobile ordering. The first 5 ish orders my drink was ready and someone brought it out to me and it was quick and smooth and an introverts dream. Then came 2025. For whatever reason this entire year this location has appeared to have more staff than I've ever seen before but the processing time has tripled. My regular and consistent experience this year is, like this meeting for example, I put in my mobile order at 759. App said it would be ready at 810. I got there at 803. 2 cars were ahead of me in line and I didn't leave until 825. 2 cars ahead of me the entire time. It took someone until 812 to come check in and they brought me my drink at 823 and then I waited for the person in front of me to move and left almost 30 mins after the order was placed. I did see 3-4 employees just running around giggling and doing random things. I did listen to the long and drawn out convos everyone was having with everyone. Like I just want to get a coffee and go to work. I'm not trying to leave my house an hour before work starts just so I can accomplish what used to take 10 mins max. I have to imagine there's still a coffee place that isn't a minimum of 25 mins to just get a drink. That's where I'll be once I find it I guess. Respect for time is just non existent...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros fairly late at night for the last past two months. It’s always past midnight and the employees have always ignored me at the window for at least five minutes before coming over and finally asking what I wanted, absolutely no one in line. They’ll look directly at me and continue talking to their coworker. They put little to no syrup in my rebel, I watched them pour it in the sink instead of my drink. 9 times out of 10 my rebel looks like they just poured the energy drink in, nothing more. They hand it to me and say nothing, I say thank you and they don’t even respond.
I decided to write this review because of tonight’s experience specifically. I walked up to the window at 2:42 am. My partner and I were talking about what drinks we wanted to get their attention. They continued to talk to each other, making eye contact with the both of us several times. A car actually pulled up and they helped them instantly, we finally walked away at 2:59. I’ve never had this bad of an experience with the Dutch on Mohawk. They’ve always had amazing customer service, right at the window to help me even if they were in the middle of another drink. Read moreI love Dutch bros but I may just have to stop at the Mohawk one from now on due to the fact that the employees ignore the HUGE amounts of cars in line and then don’t pay attention to their online orders resulting in the drink being melty by the time you arrive if ordered ahead. They will make the online drinks as soon as they get them but won’t bring them out to cars until the car gets to the window. I understand that that may be asking for them to go above and beyond but I don’t tip them for my drink to be melted by the time I get it. I also get that they are busy but the least the could do is run out the orders that are ready. This is the third time this has happened to me, the first time I got out of my car and just waited at the window and they remade my drink because it had melted which I greatly appreciated, but the other two times they just gave me a melted rebel both of which were supposed to be blended.
