Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Springfield

This Chick-fil-A delivers on the food quality you’d expect—hot, fresh, and consistently tasty. The staff is friendly and polite, which is always appreciated. That said, the overall experience at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

The biggest issue is the drive-thru. It’s poorly designed and often confusing to navigate. Even during slower hours, the line moves slowly and feels disorganized. There’s a clear lack of flow, and it creates unnecessary stress, especially if you’re in a hurry.

On top of that, we’ve had multiple instances where at least one item is missing from our order. Whether it’s a side, a drink, or even an entrée, it’s happened enough times to be a pattern. It’s frustrating to get home and realize something’s missing—especially when you’ve waited in line for a while.

The only reason this isn’t a one- or two-star review is because, frankly, it’s Chick-fil-A. The food is great, and the staff is kind. But the logistics and accuracy issues really need attention. If those were fixed, this location could easily be five stars. Until then, double-check your order before you leave, and prepare for a longer-than-expected wait in...

I have to put something otherwise it's no Stars. My family of 4 and I never ate here and everyone I've talked to said this company brand is amazing,so we seen one and was this location and was like let's see what is all the hype is. We ordered $40 worth of stuff and pulled up and teenagers all on their phone's and walking around in in the back gossiping. Didn't say anything to us and gave us our food and drinks. Pulled in a parking spot and the kids took a bite and then we took a bite of the food. The only thing worth a crap was the soda. The food was nasty, not fresh , cold kinda soggy (like microwaved leftovers). Made a complaint and no manger around. We ended up going next door to Whataburger. So much better. Heck compared to Chick -fil-a id rather have anything else including McDonald's. Will not ever go to another! We went...

1st time customer. I had went through the drive thru after work and upon getting home, I realized I had received other than what I ordered. I contacted them immediately and the manager said they would replace my food with a coupon that would be mailed to me. *I didn't want to have to download an APP to just have food replaced. I never received the coupon. It was over 3 weeks later when I stopped by the store on N. Glenstone to inquire about why I hadn't been sent a coupon. The manager was very polite and professional. I had saved my receipt and she was able to look up the info and she replaced the sandwich plus added some fries. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious! I will be coming back to try more of their menu here....
