Placing an 8 person order over the phone proved to be a difficulty. John was very rude over the phone and made sure to let me know I was making things very complicated for him by ordering over the phone. The only reason I called to order was because the website did not allow me to request extra chicken. I wanted to make sure I was charged for the extra chicken since it’s only fair. It would’ve been better if he would’ve asked me to call back instead of being hostile via phone. It’s really a shame because the food was amazing. They did not have either order requests even though i was charged since. The owner began putting in my order for me at the front. She then wanted me to swipe my card AGAIN to be charged.    Read moreThe coffee is the best in downtown Springfield. That being said, some of the staff (John) are very customer friendly and many are not, so I can't really give them a very good customer service rating.
The woman taking the sandwich orders in the morning is a poor listener and frequently gets the orders wrong. In three sandwich orders, all three were incorrect. That being said, the ingredients are very high quality. They just can't seem to get simple orders right, which is very disappointing given the quality of the ingredients.
If you just want a coffee and a muffin, definitely the place in downtown...
