Palazzo Cafe — Restaurant in Springfield

One of the nicest and most cozy cafes that I know of. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere from both the decorations, and the wonderful lady that serves you. Without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever met in customer service. The food comes out fast even when there are 10 other customers ahead of you, and is well made. My first time eating a meal here. The atmosphere and ambiance are very nice. The service was quick and the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious and you get a good value for your money. It feels very homey here. The place is very simple with good food and good coffee, and you definitely feel the Italian vibe when you walk in. Everything was fresh, and made to order.
