Disgusting, Questionable Food, and Poor Service!

Went thru drivethru for dipped cones. The ice cream and chocolate dip was watered down. Even WORSE, the chocolate ice cream tasted SOUR! My daughter threw it out after a couple bites, but still had a stomach ache from it.

The food was bad enough, but I had to order it 3 times and they still didn't get it right. (2 vanilla, 1 chocolate cone, all chocolate dipped. Not complicated.) The guy at window starts complaining about me to the lady next to him because he didn't get order right. If I was rude, I get it, but was kind and used manners, which he did not deserve.

Will never be back, not worth the risk.

Went through drive thru and was once again disappointed. Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender basket with a soda. Got to the window and we were told our total, which it was over what was expected. When we questioned how it was that much, he explains that the basket doesn’t come with a soda so that’s why it was more than what was listed for the basket. Ended up being charged for a 6 piece basket, which felt whimpy and lukewarm. The “toast” was chewy, like it’d been sitting for a while, the fries were barely warm and the chicken was definitely not fresh . The ranch was even warm, which I know is a food violation. Thought I'd give them one more try but not after this!!!!! The lobby is closed so I went through the drive thru like the sign asked, gave my order and when I went to pay I wanted to use my gift card..the crazy lady that works there should not have a job working with the public!!! I said I wanted to use my gift card and asked if she was ready for the numbers because I wasn't gonna give her my phone, she said she wasn't gonna take my phone...ok cool. She got the debit reader out, I showed her the egiftcard and she lost it because she didn't know how to input it. I told her it wasn't a big deal I could go someplace else she yelled at me slammed the windows and stormed off. GREAT...
