I placed a carry out order on the app on 6/21. I selected "ASAP" for the pickup time. The app said my order would be ready at 1:57 pm. I arrived at the store at 1:55 pm and quickly realized that the store was running behind. They were telling customers at the register that it would be over an hour and people were leaving. At around 2 pm, I asked an employee about the status of my order. They said they hadn't started on it yet. I asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund. The app wouldn't let me cancel because I selected "ASAP." The employee apologized and said they could cancel it and refund the money. However, the manager was not available that day, so it wouldn't be done until Monday. I monitored my credit card and never saw a refund. My cc suggested that I contact the vendor, so I sent a message via the "App & Online Orders" option on the "Contact" page. No response. So, on 6/27, I called the customer service #. The associate I spoke with said she was submitting a complaint and request for refund. She said it would take 3-5 business days. No response. No refund. I called again on 7/9. This associate saw the refund request, said "someone dropped the ball," and he re-submitted the complaint and request. He said that I should hear back by 7/11. No response. No refund. Finally, on 7/17, I submitted a formal dispute through my cc. I'm hoping they give me my money back. But, talk about horrible customer service by TSC. I gave them at least 4 separate chances to make it right. Instead, I've just had to waste a bunch of my time for no reason. And this was all over...

I immediately called and attempted to cancel the extras but was told they could not see the order. They said I should reorder and they would cancel the 1st wrong order when it came through. Got there to pick up my order and realized they gave me the 1st order and I tried explain to the young woman behind the counter that it was a mistaken order I called to cancel. She asked me if I wanted the to remake the order. Huh? The order is fine except I only needed 2 sandwiches and two smoothies. "Well we can only give you back 50 percent of what you paid, it's a new thing." Excuse me? I called and immediately told you it was a mistake before you even had the order. "It's a new thing." That does not work for me. "Let me call my boss. She leaves and I am left standing there for nearly 10 minutes. I ask another employee if I am supposed to wait there for her and he went to look. Said she was on the phone and he had no idea. 2 minutes later she walks up to the sandwich making area, puts on some gloves and begins making another order completely ignoring me. I left. I got credit back for the second order which was the correct one and 10 dollars less than the original one which was 45 dollars. Long story longer, I will not go back. Food was cold by the time I got it home and was not worth 45 dollars since I only got 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. I could see if I went in there yelling, but I did not raise my voice or say anything mean. Service truly has gone down hill...
ย ย ย Read moreI normally love this place when I'm down visiting and usually go there with my friend, to start we ordered at the same time, I got my "orange ginger glow" first while waiting on the girl to finish my friend's "pomegranate plunge." I looked at my smoothie, it seemed a bit runny on top, I chalked it up to waiting to look at it. But the sheer amount of ginger and powder taste I was hit with after trying it. Asking the girl if she did something different to the recipe cause it tasted like water, ginger and osage juice with a protein mixed in, I normally get this or the avocolada. I told her there was something wrong with it but she didn't seem to care. Further more between the 2 girls working and the 3 guys standing in the kitchen area, my friend didn't get his smoothie for about 20 minutes at this point and there was no empathy or show for customer...
