Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered online for 3 people, they forgot to put the fries in the bag for the chili cheese brisket fries which are an extra $6. The chili cheese and brisket comes in a separate separate container, they'll give us that but swear up and down they put the fries in the bag when I'm looking at the whole order on my table right now and they're not here.
Said they'd give us the fries if we brought the whole order back there and show them that the fries are missing, but I live over 20 min away so that's almost an hour round trip for fries so no thanks. Refused to give a refund by some guy in the back yelling over the guy I was talking to on the phone "WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS!"
Also while it seems their prices are decent, the portion sizes are stupidly small. $7 for brisket chili Mac that comes in a 10 oz container. Their pulled pork and brisket sandwiches are about the size of a double cheeseburger from McDonald's so might be filling enough for a kid. They give you this big bag for a side of fried okra but only fill it about 1/4 of the way.
All said and done their food was a 6/10 at best, better off going elsewhere. It's worth the little bit of extra money going to Big Whiskey's or something just so you're not disappointed. First time ever ordering here and will definitely...
Read moreNew Review: I come to Dickey's very often now because of the amazing food and the amazing service. It is easily the best barbecue I've had. Sean, the manager, is a really cool guy, always very nice. I love coming in and seeing him. My favorite employees are Bri and Bryce. They're both really polite and very helpful. I love getting to chat with them. Again, the food is amazing, but the people are just as awesome. The only thing I'm upset about is the fact that they got rid of the Dr. Pepper sauce. If it ever comes back, I guarantee I'll be the first person in the door that morning. Thanks for the continued outstanding service. I'll see ya'll again soon.
Old Review: I've picked up several orders from here as an Uber Eats driver. The staff is always very friendly. The food is always ready to go as soon as I show up and it's nice and hot in the bag. Never fails to make my car smell fantastic. I haven't eaten here myself, but I think that will have to change soon. Update: I came and got food a few hours after writing this oh my gosh the food is so good. The sides were amazing and the Dr. Pepper sauce is unbelievable! I got the chicken and cheese sandwich plate and enjoyed every bite. Might be one of my new favorite...
Read moreI'm unable to drive (health issues), rarely get 'out', and live on very little income (most going for food for my 3 spoiled rescues).. so getting delivery once in a blue moon is a treat. Today (1.27.20) I took a chance & placed my 1st order @ Dickeys. Overall, it was quite good. I had turkey & chicken on a sandwich, a brisket taco, a ind. size side of jalapeno baked beans, pickles, and 2 desserts (choc. chip cookie & blondie brownie). This made 2 meals. - The meats were all flavorful, but a bit dry. The hoagie was good. I went with the reg. BBQ sauce. I don't know what I was expecting, yet I was a tad disappointed, as it wasn't any better or different than some store-bought sauces. I was hoping for deli-style pickle(s), but they were standard-issue hamburger chips. Biggest 'no' for me were the beans. I love spicy food & tolerate heat well, but these were just all heat & sauce, no smokeyness, no chunky texture, etc. But, the desserts were worth the price, esp. the blondie...it looked like a work of art & the taste...
