Absolutely not. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew this morning and was extremely dissatisfied by not only the drink that I got but the customer service as well. The lady at the cashier was nice, but when I got my drink, normally there's so much foam in the cold brew that I can't even drink it at all without a straw. But this time, I got my drink and there was barely any foam in it at all. I have a meeting with my lawyer this morning and was in a hurry so I called them to talk to them about it and see if they would remake my drink and no one even answered the phone so now I'm going to have to turn around and talk to them in person about it. I was just going to run home and put my own creamer in it so that it could be sweet, but I honestly feel like it's a rip off and a waste of my money because I've never got a cold brew drink with this little amount of foam in it. Since first trying this drink, I've become addicted to it and never been dissatisfied but this morning the service was just absolutely terrible. Edit: I went back up there and asked to talk to a manager. The same cashier from before greeted me, who turned out to be the assistant manager. She was so sweet and understanding and had them remake my drink and I was so much more satisfied after seeing my new drink. I forgot to ask her name, but whoever the manager was today seriously helped my already stressful morning a little less stressful. Who knew, a good coffee can make a world of difference...
Read moreI’m highly disappointed with the Dunkin’ on Campbell and sunset right by party city, I went on my lunch break tonight to get a coffee because i love Dunkin’ coffee anyways it was 7:50pm they close at 8pm when I pulled through to the speaker box they came on saying “ thank you for choosing Dunkin’ how may I help you “ something along those lines . I said my order no one said anything not were closed nothing so I follow with hello ?! Nothing so I pulled around to the window where there were 2 individuals at the window . I waved to get there attention and one lady walk away and the other young girl with blonde hair the other girl had brown hair with a hoodie on . The blonde seem to definitely have an attitude moved her lips saying we’re closed wouldn’t even come to the window, started laughing that they refused to take my order or even let me know they closed earlier horrible horrible customer service those 2 girls should not even be working in customer service if you can’t be proper respectful to the public I surely hope the other dunkin are not like this bc that’s a shame . We desperately needed a second location and while this one is new, smaller and I assume understaffed as is everywhere, I've had nothing but quick, quality service by some cool people. I'm from SOFLO and every beach morning I'd stop and get an vanilla iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. The Dunkin location at Campbell and Republic routinely messes up that order and I can count on a line around the block, waiting for 10 minutes. That location my drink was never the same from one day to the next and never tasted close to my memories in FLA that I crave so I gave up after 11 years of fails. THIS location gets their national franchise recipes perfect EVERY. TIME. So, even if they are busy and I'd have to wait, or if they accidentally spilled some on the lid in a rush or they didn't realize the lid wasn't snapped on ... I'M COMING HERE. It's my spot-on nostalgia fix and ... I'm loving it. And hey, I get how cranky we can get waiting on our first caffeine fix of the day but, maybe don't be a d* to the staff and they won't return your energy back at ya??...
