There was a large selection of food available to choose from. The food ranged from pasta, nachos, pizza, chicken legs, biscuits, and a salad bar. Most of the food that we got was eaten, but there were some collective dislikes. Me, my mom, and one of my brothers disliked the alfredo. Other than that, there wasn't really any conversation on the food. The food itself wasn't really notable, only the variety was. We mainly went for the games anyway. There were two different things to note about the games. One was that the games and "attractions" were two entirely different things, and two was that the prices on games varied. Things such as laser tag, Go-Karts, bumper cars, Beat Saber, Spring Town(trampoline park), and a few others were classified as attractions. Attractions cost more and have height requirements and weight restrictions. Most attractions were timed or only operated at specific times. The games varied between luck and skill based types. There was a large variety for all ages. Not all games earned you tickets. There were skill based games like coin dropping, flappy bird, basketball shooting, etc. and luck based games like Deal or No Deal, wheel spinners, etc.. Games that didn't earn you tickets were car racing, air hockey, etc.. There were claw machines that could be used to win ticket rolls (please note that opening said ticket rolls would void the value of the tickets and therefore make them unusable). Won ticket rolls were to be exchanged at the prize counter. Other claw machines were to win plushies. Prices on the games and claw machines ranged from $1 to $2.50 each play. The only price for attractions that I can remember of was for Spring Town (trampoline park). Spring Town costs $5.50 to jump and $2 for jumping socks. You were required to buy jumping socks, so it was basically $7.50 for the first jump and $5.50 if you decide to go again. Each jump lasted 15 minutes. My family and I were able to eat and play games for a few hours. T'was...
Read moreThe best part about being here was the joy my young grandson had. I was speechless to learn about the price for a birthday party here. I have never ever paid this much for a birthday party venue in my life! A 2-hour, personalized party at a local venue with live horse rides didn't cost half this much! Oh, this was on the cheaper end of the birthday party packages too. The party rooms are so small, we had to reserve two! There was absolutely no way all of the adults could fit in one room plus 10 young kids plus all of the gifts, food, etc. You would be knocking elbows and standing to eat or sitting on each other's laps at the tables because the seating is so ridiculously tight! The room was so hot and according to the employee "there was nothing that could be done about it". You were supposed to be able to bring and play your own music but no. One system did not work at all and there were no cords available to connect, so we had to Bluetooth somebody's phone & it still didn't work well. The entire party was on a tight time frame. In 90 minutes you have so much time to eat and so much time for cake & presents before you get kicked out of the room. Even the buffet and drinks were shut down by the time we were able to get our grandson through the go karts. What's a person supposed to do after spending an hour in line & you're thirsty?! Spending an hour in line to only ride the go karts for 3-5 minutes AND be a birthday guest is ridiculous. The food is mediocre at best. At least it was hot/cold. The buffet was not well maintained & cleaned nor were the food containers, as they had other food dropped in them, especially the cold foods. I picked up what was supposed to be a clean plate only to find it stuck to the one beneath it with cheese & lettuce. I know we're going to have to come back because our grandson has game cards left to use. Totally not looking forward...
Read moreI wish there was a way to leave a review with a negative stars score. On Aug 5 my family visited the Incredible Pizza location in Springfield. I had a coupon to use for the weekend. We purchased two gaming packages and buffets for our two kids. The girl at the counter asked if we wanted buffets. My husband and I had already eaten so we told her no. We were just going to let the kids eat and play. She told us we could not enter with our kids. She put orange bands on their wrist. I asked what they were for. She said for the buffet. So I asked if I could have something showing we were not going to utilize the buffet so we could go in and keep an eye on our kids. She said no. So I then asked if we were just supposed to send our young kids in without us. Her response was yes. I sent my kids in and I sat at the front door area for two hours while they used their gaming packages. In that time I was communicating with them about what could be done so I could be inside keeping an eye on my kids. They didn’t care. I explained that the sign on the door said a package or buffet was required to enter. I bought two packages. The sign does not state that it has to be per person. They got very condescending with me and said they were sorry the signs wasn’t “super clear”… I also looked on the website and could not find where it said it had to be per person. This company is apparently ok with parents not being allowed in with their young kids for hours. What if something had happened and I wasn’t right there with my kids. They don’t care. This company has lost our families business. We will never return. There are other arcade and gaming places in and around Springfield that we will spend our money at. Andy B’s right down the road always treats us a valued customers. Not...
