I cannot say enough bad things about this establishment. During the day, the service is fine and actually very good. The daytime shift knows what they’re doing. The nighttime guy, on the other hand, is one of the most difficult people I have ever dealt with. He is so rude and has a different excuse for why he can’t serve you every single time. Today it was that he hadn’t made the iced tea or coffee, other times it’s because he says the system is updating. I ended up leaving because he argued with me about the iced tea when I asked if I could just wait for him to make it. Read moreStaff was polite, but we weren't given the exact donuts we ordered. When my wife called to complain, the man who answered told us that's all he had in stock. Very disappointing. He was not apologetic at all, despite him knowing he did it on purpose. We were offered our money back, but who would spend the gas and time just to get back three donuts worth of money? Why not just say you didn't have what we wanted?
In the end it's no big deal, but... Not having every variety in stock is just normal, but being deceived leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Never had this problem with any other branch of Dunkin...

Yes, hot coffee in which I've had done at every dunkin including RT 22 in Springfield on Tuesday morning. When I informed the attendant the same exact order was placed on Tuesday he stated not with me. The drive thru attendant refused to prepare the coffee, how I asked, and did not take the rest of the order. He stated the team was advised not to put cold foam on hot items.
